After quite a while of trying to find someone to redo our kitchen who would do the design as well as the work, we discovered Genuine Kitchen and Bath. Brian met with us to understand what we were looking for and then began creating potential re-designs of our kitchen and dining room space. We went back and forth a bit before settling on the design that we really loved, but we got there. Brian also connected us with a great cabinet designer, Martha at Danmar Cabinets, and during the cabinet design process the three of us communicated via email to ensure we were all on the same page, which was super helpful. From the beginning, Brian was up front about the process, timeline and what to expect during this job. There were, as typically happens, things that came up that we hadn’t originally expected. Whenever that happened, we got clear answers on which things were included in the original job cost and anything that would be extra if we wanted to have them do it. Brian’s crew was great. His main guy, Junior, was there almost every day and was hard working, friendly, and great at communicating with us. Junior did a great job of cleaning up the job site each day to ensure it was safe both in the backyard and the front yard. We even had neighbors comment on the cleanliness of the job! Junior was on-site working hard every day and managed the other subcontractors as they came and went. Most of the subs were great, though we did have an issue with one of them. But we were very pleased with how Brian, Dianna and their crew handled the problems with that sub. Dianna was a big help with all design-related questions that came up along the way. She gave me clear instructions about where to get things (like the grout for the tile) and helped me decide on the color. It was great to have her expertise readily available to me. Brian and Dianna were very responsive to any concerns we had along the way. They were eager to make us happy and uphold their reputation. In the end, the project extended just a couple weeks past the original estimate of 2 months - mostly due to the subcontractor we had trouble with and a couple extra things we had them do (like add lighting in our living room area). I’ve heard horror stories from people having their contractors string them along for months not finishing the project. That was not our experience at all, just as Brian had promised, they finished the job completely and efficiently. I highly recommend Genuine Kitchen and Bath for any home project you have. If we decide to do another project down the road, we’ll definitely hire them again!

This was our first kitchen renovation project and I couldn't be more happy that we went with Brian & Dianna. As everything was new for us, they both answered all of our questions and reassured us that we were always all on the same page! We engaged Genuine Kitchen & Bath for an extensive renovation of a recently purchased house. Overall, we were thrilled with the outcome. They just completed our DREAM kitchen, including floors throughout Kitchen and dining room. We could not have possibly had a better experience! This team is out of this world. Our kitchen went from old and outdated to perfection. I always dreamed out a white kitchen but along with our two young children we have two dogs (and a potbelly pig) so white cabinets just didn't seem realistic. Brian and Dianna (the owners) suggested we go with two tone (dark cabinets on bottom and white on top) and it turned out beyond perfect. I can't even imagine having the all white now because the two tone look makes our small kitchen look so much more open. This team is not only creative and caring but also efficient, our entire kitchen transformation happened in two weeks. Brian and Dianna are a wonderful, responsive and helpful team. We've been talking about remodeling our two bathrooms for nearly eight years, and every time we started the process we would get completely overwhelmed. I found Brian here on Houzz, and I'm so glad that I did! He met with me promptly, provided ideas, assured me that it was not going to be as difficult as I feared and coached me through the whole structural engineer, city permit and product purchase process. Six months from when we signed our contract our two bathrooms are complete and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Our home was built in the 1930s so many hiccups came up throughout the remodel process, but Brian and Dianna were always calm and matter a fact, assuring us that it would all work out. Brian and Dianna and their team are amazing! We recently bought a cinderblock home that most contractors were hesitant to work on, if you could get one to even call you back. However, Brian was extremely responsive and provided us a thorough, reasonable quote within 24 hours. We were on a pretty tight timeline, but needed a complete transformation of or home. The home was a disaster and was owned by a smoker of 10+ years. We needed a gutted home to move into with our young son, in less then 8 weeks. Brian and his team were originally hired to work on our floors, ceilings, walls, and lighting. But once we saw how beautiful the house was becoming, we quickly realized how much the kitchen needed to be redone as well. Bryan and Dianna help us think through all of our options and every step of the process. We eventually ended up rearranging the layout of the kitchen and adding all new cabinets, countertops and appliances. At the end of the day they over delivered. They were extremely professional throughout the entire process did a bunch a little extra finishes that we wouldn’t of even thought of doing to make a home extra perfect. Our home is perfect, and the best part is that they came out on budget and under schedule. I mean under the original scheduled timeline before we even added the kitchen. That is unheard of! We are so grateful that we found them and highly recommend them if you need work to your home.

Dianna and Brian are a dynamic duo! I contacted them for a specific sink I was in need of and they were able to find it for me at a great price within hours. I read all Yelps and Houzz reviews. People feel to post their opinions and that is just what those are, opinions. Doesn't mean the company is bad, or the food is sour, or the quality is not a ten. Its just is a way for people to express their opinion and there are always two sides to everything......So I called Brian at Genuine Kitchen and Bath because that's just what we wanted a quick bathroom remodel. He was polite and professional. Quick at answering our questions. Open to coming out on the day that work best for my husband and I. He showed up took notes and measurements. He gave me some ideas and great links to look at. He got back to us with a price and we took it! I was pleased and it was right in our budget. The timing was normal and on schedule for a bathroom. In the end I'm glad I went with Brian and Genuine Kitchen and Bath. Not all reviews, good or bad mean anything. It's the person and the passion in the end that you have to trust and we made the right one!! Give them a call and ask for Brian, you will love him! :)

Brian and his team did an outstanding job remodeling my kitchen. The way he utilized my space was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t be more pleased with Brian and his team. Brian and Genuine Homes were perfect in getting our bathroom renovated! My family and I have a spare bathroom that we wanted to renovate, and I heard about Brian and Co. from one of my coworkers. I decided to call him up and he was extremely friendly, yet professional, on the phone when describing what I wanted done. He was able to look at my bathroom and give me estimates and materials that were within my price range and size for my old bathroom. Construction went super smooth and was done within my time frame. Overall, Genuine Custom Homes were awesome and efficient at what they did! I would definitely recommend them!

Genuine Custom Homes worked on the kitchen remodel project for my house but did not meet the requirements. They lacked diligence in their work and the installation and plumbing work was poor. Water leaked in the house and damaged the flooring. I would not recommend anybody to hire this company ever.

Our kitchen remodel took forever! They advertise that they are on time and under budget but that certainly wasn't the case with our project. They told us that they were so busy that they couldn't start the project for several months. This was understandable; however, once we were finally on the schedule for the project to begin, we found a lot of the measurements they took were incorrect and a few of the cabinets needed to be redone. Their lack of care in taking proper measurement and being fully engage in the project negatively impacted the little space we had. I know that projects have their challenges but their lack of follow up and follow through was nonexistent. Once we signed the contract, it was like they could have cared less about our experience, much less our kitchen remodel. I would not recommend them for a home remodel project. The quality of their product is below average for the high price you pay, the installation was lacking, they made too many errors in their measurements and their customer service nonexistent. I am not surprised that no one from Genuine ever called us after the job was finally completed to see if we were happy with the kitchen. They always wanted their payments on time but never shown any kind of concern after the mistakes they made. WORST CONTRACTORS EVER!!! May your experience be better than ours if you choose to use them!

We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Genuine Kitchen and Bath. Everyone who worked on the project was professional and reliable throughout. Their excellent crew was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, punctual and dependable, and always respectful of our needs. They did a beautiful job on our complete bathroom remodel, and on the upgrades to our kitchen, which included electrical and plumbing work in conjunction with the installation of new countertops and backsplash. Their work was excellent, they were always a pleasure to work with, and we couldn't be happier with the results they achieved!

I used Genuine kitchen and bath recently to update 2 bathrooms in my home. Brian and his crew did a great job. They always covered our hardwood floors, cleaned the garbage everyday and kept us in the loop as far as job progress. We decided to fix these bathroom so we could sell the home, which we did. I can honestly say that when we had the open house, all the potential buyers were wowed at how beautiful the bathrooms were. I was really pleased with the whole process and the end result.

We did a full kitchen remodel. Project took a little longer than expected due to material delays. Overall we are very happy with our new kitchen! The contractors that came to the house were professional and did quality work.
