"We highly recommend Goedecke Design Center. We had engaged them previously for a master bathroom remodel which required moving an exterior window and significant changes to electrical and plumbing. That give us confidence to work with them on a very large kitchen remodel project. We were able to enjoy our new kitchen for over a year before we sold our home, and it was easily the best investment we made. When we put the house on the market, the kitchen was the absolute highlight for buyers and a major reason for our quick sale. Our designer, Kimberly, was phenomenal. She helped us navigate the fine details, choosing cabinets and fixtures that perfectly suited our lifestyle and aesthetic. She introduced us to brilliant storage options like the built-in mixer shelf, a mini-fridge area away from the main fridge, spice racks, and a true highlight was the kick drawers around the bottom of the island—perfect for storing griddles and baking sheets! On the execution side, Bob, was the lead craftsman who wore many hats including coming up with some creative techniques to run a vent through a new soffit. We were especially impressed with his collaboration with the electricians and plumbers, who were incredibly patient and careful while relocating lighting and plumbing through our finished basement. The entire crew was respectful of our living space, worked around our busy schedule, and kept our home clean throughout the process. What truly sets them apart is the leadership. Both Peter and Herb Goedecke were personally involved on-site in ensuring the project was completed correctly. When they spotted things that needed to be improved, they stepped in and made it happen immediately. If you want a kitchen that is beautiful, highly functional, and adds massive resale value, ask for Kimberly and Bob at Goedecke!"

Terrible customer service. Rude and unattentive. Very unpleasant experience. The older woman was extremely rude and dismissive. Not what we anticipated.

I called Goedecke for help with a shower drain although not one they installed. Kim was more than helpedful by researching it with their tile man.Chris. she made an appointment with him to come out and see it he could rectify the problem. Chris arrived on time and every quickly and expertly reset the long drain. He was extremely knowledgeable and able to solve my problem in no time. He cleaned up after himself and even showed me how to remove the drain cover easily now and made me a hook to do it. I was more than happy with his work and the help Kim gave me to facilitate it. Kudos to Goedecke for hiring such competent people.

We are so glad we chose to work with Diane Soucy and Herb Goedecke of Goedecke Flooring & Design Center for our house build in 2018. Diane was so helpful with the floor choices and coordination of color scheme. There were so many beautiful choices, and Diane made it very easy for me. And whenever we had a technical question, Herb was so knowledgeable and helpful. Since the build, we have had so many compliments from our guests and friends on how beautiful the flooring is, that I just had to send in a review. We are thrilled with how everything looks! Goedecke Flooring and Design is in our opinion the best and only store to shop for our home improvement projects. Through the years, 30+, we have purchased paint, area rugs, and wood flooring. Last year we updated the wood floors throughout the downstairs of our house. Goedeckes is unmatched for quality, product selection and attention to detail from showroom to installation. They are simply the best and a pleasure to work with as individuals as well as professionals.

I am very pleased with all of the services provided by the Goedecke Flooring and Design Center. Everyone of their contractors was very professional and courteous. They all arrived early and completed each of their job in a short amount of time. Very efficient and left their work area very clean. They also explained everything before leaving. I was also impressed with all of the personnel at the Center, especially Jeannine Tremblay, their Designer, who help me select the color and coordinating material for my project. Even though we had a glitch with the flooring color, I was impressed with how efficiently they handled the problem. I was able to select a new flooring color which they ordered very quickly. Good job to all involved.

Goedecke is one of those rare companies that has an OUTSTANDING commitment to customer service. The big-box stores will never give you the personal touch that Goedecke will. They stand behind their work, and they sell quality merchandise. We have used them for multiple projects, including when we had our home built 12 years ago. Goedecke is always the first place I would go for advice and a great selection.

Amazing job replacing an old jetted tub with a wonderful tiled shower, rain shower head, heated towel rack, and new bathroom fan appropriately sized for the space. Kim, our designer, made decisions very easy by understanding what we wanted and making appropriate suggestions. And importantly, we're confident they will stand by their work. We recommend them highly.
