From the estimate to the finished project John was a pleasure to work with. His estimate was thorough and itemized. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. Once the project began he arrived promptly at 8am everyday maintaining drop cloths and cleaning at the end of each day. His workmanship and attention to detail is excellent. I am very happy with the results of my bathroom remodel!

From our very first interaction John demonstrated is professionalism and expertise. He was able to give a solution to our requirement that other contractors said may not be possible. After our first interaction we received detailed 3D pictures of his design and put on paper exactly what we wanted. Johnny came highly recommended by another satisfied customer to work on a basement project for us. Several things that I have not found elsewhere – when he says 8 AM, he means it; when he presents a quote, it is itemized and there are no surprises, even when I added a few things and terrified about what the charges will be, I found them to be fair with a re-itemized quote with details; when he gives a project completion estimate, it is right on. I can go on and on. All this is a bonus – the quality of work is top notch - he is a great planner and works hard. One thing to note is Johnny is busy and you must plan your project in advance and be prepared to wait for an open slot. This is because he does not take on 5 projects at once and believes in finishing existing projects before taking on new ones. I have several other projects for you, Johnny !!

We moved into our current home in Arlington Heights little over five years ago. Once we moved in we used our main shower for about six months and we had to stop using it due to a leak from an unknown location in the shower into the basement. Attempting and searching extremely hard for this leak through the fiber glass walls (shown in the pictures below) we were unable to detect where the leak originated from. Called and met with several contractors attempting to resolve this matter, not only they could not detect the leak, but also they wanted to charge thousands of dollars to attempt to repair and remodel with very cheap materials. Finally we gave up and stopped looking into hiring a contractor. For over four years we did not use our main shower forcing us to use our shower in the basement as our main shower and the only shower in the house. When we decided to put our home on the market we decided to look into hiring a contractor again to resolve this matter before the house went on the market. After some intensive research looking and meeting with number of contractors we met John. He is precise, direct, knows 100% what he is talking about and what he predicts in a project and so much more. As for price for the shower project and changing number of water pipes in the basement as well as re-doing the entire kitchen sink pipes and bringing it up to code, John was one of the BEST ones to hire for this project. We hired John shortly after we met with him. He gave us a detailed invoice with all the items line-by-line what will be fixed, changed, how, what the charges are and expectations. He showed up for the work exactly on-time, and what truly impressed me was that his attention to detail, cutting the shower tiles and not leaving any mess behind, and cleaning the construction area each and every day during this project. Remodeling the shower which includes tearing the walls down to the studs, replacing all the shower pipe lines all the way to the basement, and bringing the kitchen pipes up to code took five days (see updated areas in the pictures shared). Most importantly and what it really matters to me, throughout the process of remodeling - John explained to us every bit of what is being done, why is it being done that way and what will be the out come when it is completed. Furthermore, during his visit in our home he was extremely helpful providing advice on how to save money on similar projects, and what other areas to potentially upgrade in order to have our home stand out the most on the market. Everything he suggested was more than perfect, adequate for a seller and his suggestions were proved to us down the line without a doubt. The project charges and fees were extremely reasonable compare to the other contractors who we met before John was hired. The quality of the jobs completed - by far are better than what we heard from other contractors who expected double if not more than John's invoice when compared side by side. Finally, we are able to use our main shower again after four years plus without ANY leak. Having this remodel completed made a tremendous difference not only to put our home on the market easier, but made life so much better and easier for our two little ones not to take shower or utilize the shower in our cold basement risking their health specially during the winter season. We truly appreciate John's work and his professionalism. Even though we have decided to put a hold on putting our home on the market at the moment - we are definitely bringing John back for additional projects in our home before putting the house on the market again for the last time.

John has done several home projects for us and we've been very pleased with the work he has done. He completely remodeled our kitchen in 2016 and we've been very satisfied with the materials he suggested, the quality of the workmanship and the design help he gave us. More recently John remodeled two bathrooms in our home, which included installing new flooring, cabinets, tiling in the shower/tub areas, light fixtures and plumbing. His attention to detail is excellent we're very happy with the result. He also has done smaller projects, including installation of ceiling fans and remodeling the powder room and laundry room and a couple of painting projects. We're very happy and satisfied with everything he's done.

John remodeled our bathroom. He replaced the tub, shower walls/tile and the floor. We liked it so much we had him come back to do the other bathroom. Love both of them.

John remodeled our powder room and installed new floors in the powder room, hallway and laundry room. He also replaced most of our interior doors and closet doors, and installed new base trim. It was a pleasure working with John during this project. He is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. His estimate was fair and concise. He was on time everyday and always communicated to us his next steps, and what to expect. John’s experience, and attention to detail allowed us to make small adjustments at John’s suggestions, which only improved the end result or saved us from extra work at another time. John’s work was thorough and carefully done, down to the smallest detail. Since John works alone, we waited a few months before he could begin our project, but he was definitely worth the wait! John recently remodeled my master bathroom. From his quote till the end of his job he was very professional and was always on time. John was even "dog friendly" as my two dogs made him feel right at home. He did a wonderful job, and I would use him again for any type of project.
