Buyer Beware: Our business with Kitchen & Bath Design turned out to be the worst experience we have ever had dealing with a home improvement company. We had a product failure on our granite countertops starting ~3 and a half years after installation. After the initial installation the Countertops appeared to have an odd bread crumbs flaking look to it, and we questioned it immediately. Rich came out and said it was fine. Rich and Donny were totally unprofessional although very quick to take our money, and when issues came to surface (literally), we got a complete run around for more than 2 months before they finally sent someone to fix (so we thought). This person came and asked why he was here, stayed 10 minutes providing conflicting information and said we needed to contact the office. We had at least 2-3 different discussions with both Rich and Donny, and each time they assured us it would be taken care of. We were sold a poor quality granite for countertops, and never advised of the known chararastics and consequently ~ 3 and a half years down the road after following Kitchen Design's explicit instructions for cleaning/sealing (along with the products they said to use), we had chipping, a fair amount of roughness and what appeared to look like bread crumbs (we since learned this is common for this granite and should have been advised prior to buying it). Rich and Donny were arrogant, belligerent, and would not stand behind the faulty product, and tried to continuously say it was our fault. No client should be treated in such a manner as we were. Instead of trying to be helpful, and work with us, their answer was that we put bleach or ammonia on the Granite (totally ridiculous and not true). Granite should last a lifetime, not 4 years. In our final conversation they informed us that they were not willing to do anything about the product failure.

Our family worked with Don and his crew on two different projects, first our kitchen (finished in Dec of 2017), then another project 1.5 years later. Our kitchen had some good bones but was terribly outdated. We had a very specific vision we were trying to achieve (green cabinets!) We met with Don early on in our whole home renovation, and he was able to help bring our kitchen vision to life. This included: taking down a wall to open up the space, pulling up a brick floor, all electrical, plumbing, gas lines, new windows, wood flooring, drywall (both ceilings and walls), cabinetry layout/configuration/install, tile install, carefully retrofitting a brick wall to accommodate a new gas range, and countertops. His cabinet install guys were fantastic. They were super respectful of our home during the construction process. In the adjoining family room, we had really beautiful existing hardwood floors we were also trying to match in the new kitchen. Don's floor guy (Ricky), did a fantastic job of helping us pick the right wood, and find a stain to match the rest of our first floor. I knew exactly what I wanted coming into the project, and was a very hands-on client - and Don was super accommodating about letting me be involved in the project to ensure I was happy throughout. Thanks Don and your crew - 3 years later and we still love our space!

Don Roy and his professional team of contractors worked with us every step of the way to ensure that our project was completed successfully. From creating a graphic design to help us conceptualize the new layout, to choosing each component for our new kitchen, to fully installing lovely wood cabinets, granite counters, vinyl plank flooring, modern lighting, and more, service was timely and responsive. As with any complex project, questions and concerns did arise along the way. Don was always ready to listen and worked with us to make sure that everything was addressed to our satisfaction. Extremely pleased with our complete Kitchen remodel. Don Roy the GC helped design, pick out cabinets (and hardware), provided a complete quote with out any hidden additional costs, a schedule, and followed through every step of the way. Don is very experienced and gave great advice along the way which helped our renovation actually enjoyable. I actually miss talking with Don daily! lol The 8 week schedule was 100 percent accurate outlining the many contractors and when they would be in to complete their piece of the project. Sub Contractors are top notch - high quality finish work. Highly recommend. Wish I could submit more than 4 pics

Our kitchen in 5 weeks was completed beautifully with all high end finishes and craftsmanship. We love and would recommended Kitchen & Bath Design Center. Don Roy gives you a schedule of all your remodel events and keeps to that schedule and budget. Great team of professional's Don has worked with for years!!

Kitchen and Bath Design Center did a complete renewal of my kitchen. They're organized, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, have high quality products and employ outstanding subcontractors who do high quality work., I was impressed by a number of aspects of the job, including: - time spent by Don helping my wife and I reach the final design - the detailed written quote, schedule and invoices provided - their sticking to schedule, keeping me advised - the ease with which I could contact Don, Rich, Jamie or the subcontractors - their quick resolution of any problems arising (there were very few!) - the skill and cooperation of the subcontractors - the overall quality of the job! My thanks to Don, Rich, Jamie and all of the subcontractors.

My wife and I met with Richard Roy in February 2018 to inquire about remodeling our kitchen. We were provided with a warm welcome and given advice based upon our interests and price range brought into clear focus that spoke of the professionalism and in depth knowledge shown by Richard. We were not rushed and throughout the process were always invited to ask questions. With encouragement of the entire staff (Richard, Donald, and Jamie) we settled on our kitchen remodel. The project began on time and met all scheduled deadlines. All involved were excellent pros in their field of expertise. We are most pleased with our new kitchen. I recommend Kitchen and Bath Design with 5stars. Great people to work with! Very personable.

I am so pleased with my kitchen! Don, Rich and Jamie are great to work with. All questions were answered quickly and any issues were resolved promptly and professionally. Don designed the kitchen and was very helpful at coordinating the counters, backsplash and fixtures with the cabinets. Project stayed within budget and the schedule that Don set. A wonderful local company to do business with!

We had an exceptional experience with Kitchen & Bath Design. Don went above and beyond to help us create our dream kitchen and baths and made sure we were absolutely pleased with every aspect. We remodeled our kitchen and are so glad that we chose Don Roy. He & his team are very helpful & professional. Don knew how to help us have our dream kitchen all while staying within our budget. We were given a schedule of when various stages would occur (Demolition, Electrical, etc) & everything was done on time-WOW! Our new kitchen (& entire experience) is the envy of our friends & family.
