Bruce was an amazing resource in accomplishing our recent remodel. He is extremely knowledgeable about design and construction. Bruce understood our vision and communicated those ideas to his team. He was always prompt and available for our phone calls or visits. He was present for all of the trades and oversaw the progress of everything. We were on a tight timeline and Bruce was able to complete our home within the designated time, even with additional projects thrown in! He and his team were extraordinarily respectful of our home, never leaving any reminders of the construction that was done. Super clean!! Bruce went the extra mile in doing some of the unique touches that we wanted personally. Very talented individual! Working with Mary in the kitchen/bathroom design was also wonderful. She understood our decorating style and presented materials that were perfect for us. The outcome has exceeded our expectations and we are loving our new spaces!! I cannot rave enough about "KLM Builders & Remodeling", and my Project Manager, Bruce Gardner. If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would! KLM completed a total renovation of my 32 year old kitchen and powder room. The entire experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations, and this was in large part due to the dedication, commitment, skill, and expertise of Bruce Gardner. From the initial consultation, estimate, conception/design of the project, to the implementation, the job was completed with the highest standards for quality and excellence. Our project manager was extremely talented, had first-hand experience in all of the trades, was detail oriented, and had outstanding communication skills. KLM was incredibly helpful in helping us select the perfect cabinets, trim, flooring, grout, backsplash, and paint. The job started on time, and was completed in a timely, efficient manner, and on budget. Bruce was always on top of everything, and walked us through every step of the process. KLM employs an exceptionally talented, first-rate crew of carpenters, electricians, plumbers, tiling experts, drywall professionals, and painters who are all gifted at their respective crafts, and who have also had long- standing relationships with KLM. The collective expertise of these professionals inspired my confidence. In addition to their talents, every contractor was on time, professional, courteous, respectful, friendly, and responsive to questions. All work was completed neatly and meticulously, with minimal disruption to my living environment. The work area was consistently left neat and clean at the end of every day. Bruce Gardner was extremely patient and responsive to my questions. He went above and beyond to make sure that any concerns were addressed immediately. Customer service/satisfaction was of paramount importance to KLM. They treated me like family, and made me feel that my project was of the utmost importance to them. Once again, working with KLM was an extreme pleasure. Front start to finish , they are first rate. We wanted to remove the carpeting in the family room and have hardwood flooring installed and weaved into existing flooring. KLM walked us through the process, explained every detail. Installer prewalked the project prior to starting. Job started on time and completed exactly as estimated. Flooring job was amazing. Could never tell that flooring was weaved. Staining of old and new floors was outstanding. Finish coats were perfection. Receiving nothing but complements on the look of our new floors. KLM are true professionals and can be trusted to do the work right.

We live in a townhome community that has recently allowed residents to put up pergolas on decks, providing that they could be removed if necessary. Because we wanted our project to look professional, we hired KLM builders, Spring Grove, IL to do the project. We are beyond pleased with the outcome, and have become the envy of our community. They were wonderful to work with; clean, efficient, and attentive. They did a wonderful job.

KLM recently completed a complete renovation of our 33 year old kitchen. The work was estimated to take 4 - 6 weeks. The job was completed in 3 and 1/2. The workmanship is superb with attention paid to every detail. The work area was left clean every day and we were always kept aprised of when workmen were going to be in our home. This project was planned for a long time and when the day came to start all the materials were in storage at KLM's wharehouse ready to moved to our house and installed. In the 3 1/2 weeks it took to complete opur project there were only two days in which there were no workmen at the house. Bruce Gardiner and his workers moved the job along with all possible speed, on budget and with outstanding workmanship. We could not be happier with the results attained by the KLM team and would highly recommend them to anyone with a kitchen or bath project.

Hired this company to completely remodel a full bathroom. Designer worked with us very well to come up with the perfect cabinets and the number of choices for tile, paint and trim made tying it all together a breeze. Extremely pleased with results, worker courtesy and professional results. We had just had new carpet installed on the stairs and hallway leading to this bathroom and ALL of the workers were very careful to not only do a great job but also to make sure nothing happened to the carpet. Workers could not have been more courteous. The lead on the project kept us informed constantly before and through the entire project so we knew when every thing was going to be done and no one missed an appointed time. Would highly recommend and would use them again without a second thought. If you want quality work from a professional team, KLM is who you want working for you.
