Let me start off by saying I recommend them to everyone doing a home project! The most important thing to me when I was looking for someone to finish our basement was trusting the contractors. LVIC is the best! Whether you are redoing a kitchen a bathroom or a basement once the project begins the relationship is super important. Communication was always clear and if I had any questions I was responded to in a timely manner. From beginning to end I felt like I was in the best hands. It was the little things like knowing no matter who was in my home they would be respectful and kind to myself and my kids. My basement is beautiful and it was worth every penny. They worked with us to stay within budget, never making us feel like bad when we were concerned about overspending. I have more than one friend who had a nightmare stories about home renovation projects that turn south due to a contractor. I never hesitate to recommend LVIC say to anyone who asks for a reliable contractor

We couldn't be happier with our experience with LVIC (aka Basement Builders). We had them convert an unfinished basement into a living area and gym. This was our first remodeling project and the team was great walking us through the whole process. Mariah and Dan were great, keeping us constantly updated and quickly answering all of our questions. Aside from a temporary covid shut down, the project ran smoothly and on schedule. An unaffiliated flooring rep commented on how clean the work site was too. The final product is exactly what we asked for, but far exceeded our expectations.

Working with LVIC has been an excellent experience. All the workers were professional, personable and respectful of our home. The workmanship that was displayed was beyond our expectations. We had LVIC remodel our master bathroom this fall. We have worked with other contractors on exterior aspects of our house and found those businesses to be unresponsive, incomplete, and they didn't even listen to what we wanted! Working with Lehigh Valley Interior Construction was the opposite. They listened to our needs and wants, provided their professional opinion when we needed advice, and communication with them was smooth and seamless not to mention the attention to detail that my husband and I were so impressed with! I would recommend using them for your interior construction needs over and over again.

Hiring LVIC to remodel our Master Bath was absolutely the right choice! From day one we knew we hired the best. Everything was done on time, on budget and beyond our dreams. We absolutely love the result and everyday we use our new master bath we feel like we are at a 5 star resort! We will definitely hire the LVIC team again!

LVIC was our one and only choice for our recent kitchen renovation. The entire McGinty team led by Bob and Dan were true professionals who not only showed master craftsmanship but also truly cared about our dreams, vision and ultimate satisfaction. We worked with a limited footprint and Bob and Susan were extremely patient with me in getting the design just right. We downsized to about half the space of our former kitchen but the design and cabinetry maximized the function. Everything fits which is so important for someone who loves to cook. And the cabinetry is excellent 100x better than the custom work in our previous home.

I hired LVIC to complete an approximately 800sqft basement finishing project in the fall of 2018. Their quote was on the high side of a normal price range at around $40/sqft, which included insulation, electrical (with a new, dedicated panel) and plumbing with no existing rough in. The quote also included some custom elements such as a barn door built from my accent wall barn boards. Their reputation and quality of their work easily justified the cost. They were professional, courteous and responsive throughout the process and nailed their estimated timeline for completion. The only delays were due to materials I sourced (Ikea cabinets and a local flooring company) and they were very accommodating. They even included a port-a-potty for their workers so they would not need access to the rest of my house. The attached photos speak for themselves and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have interior work completed on their home.

Had a partially finished basement. We contracted LVIC to finish it. Finished basically on time, and were very professional. Started in October, finished in December. They did great work. We didn't have any idea about finishing a basement, but LVIC has lots of experience. Now we have a nice inviting space to spend time in. Project included ripping out old ceiling, installing drywall, finishing a plumbed out bathroom. Installing all flooring, new railing for stairs, and carpet for stairs. They removed an old coal stoker stove and rock pedastal that it was on, and installed a new electric mini-switch HVAC that is much easier to use. Painted the walls, ceilings, trim, doors. Fabricated 2 built-ins along 2 walls. They installed new door hardware and re-hung the doors. All of their employees were helpful and considerate. They would always introduce themselves. They rarely came up into the house from the basement. They even brought their own port-a-potty. I would highly recommend them for a house project.

We love our new basement. The team at LVIC (aka Basement Builders) were professional, friendly and courteous throughout the entire process. Right from the start, Bob did virtual imaging to show us what the basement would look like before we even committed. We didn't get that from any other contractors. Throughout the process, Ryan was in constant communication with me to make sure everything was done to our specifications. The results were great. We love how everything turned out.

My wife and I recently renovated our 1-car garage into much-needed office space and everyone involved with the project were great to work with. After visiting our home and explaining our needs for the new space, Bob had insight into what was the best way to tackle the project that only comes from years of experience. We received an estimate promptly and moved forward with the project. We ran into some unexpected problems (as you do with all renovation projects), but the difference being that Bob and his team always had options and ideas available on how to tackle the issues and move forward. We also appreciated the whole teams' attention to detail and everyone right down the line cared about the work they were responsible for and the final product. Special thank you to Gary who answered our many questions and was always responsive to any requests we made. If we didn't like something, he told us to let him know and he would make it right- his workmanship is pretty amazing. As we're using the space it's very easy to forget it used to be a garage. Our clients love the new space and we couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend Lehigh Valley Interior Construction to anyone considering a renovation project.

I had 4 bids for my basement and one of my best decisions to go to with Bob, Ryan, and the rest of the Lehigh Valley Interior Construction team. One contractor never got back to me, another took prodding from me to get the number. This was the opposite from LVIC, who was professional on ever level. They treated my finish basement project like it was their own home--very meticulous and great on suggestions They were affordable, had creative ideas, saved me space, and were able to change things to fir my needs as the project went forward, like saving space. I can not convey how happy I am with them and my new basement and except with a huge THANK YOU. Ryan, Bob, and Susan were the best and I hope to post pics of my new basement on the website. I would highly recommend them!

The basement room construction went very smooth. Everyone was professional and talented in their field. I was very happy with the materials and LVIC's willingness to work with me on my specific desires. In selecting a contractor quality is my number one priority with price coming in a close second. LVIC excelled in both marks. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

My father is thrilled with the outcome, and convenience of having a 1st floor bath, laundry room, and navigate-able back entrance to his West End Allentown home! He, as my brother, and I, are more than pleased with the high quality of workmanship and sincere thought that went into this last minute 'we'll do it as we go' design/project! Did a full kitchen renovation for us including removing a wall and reframing exterior windows. Extremely conscientious and do things as if it were there own house. They don't cut corners and make sure you are 100% satisfied. Was a pleasure to work with them and we love our new kitchen!

Bob and his whole crew are true professionals. They helped transform our basement into a beautiful living space complete with movie area, bar, gym, bedroom and two bathrooms. We are very satisfied with the quality of work that was performed. The project schedule was right on time. Your entire staff was professional, polite, answered any questions, explained where they were on the time line. They cleaned up every day and extra cleaned on last day. Bob and his team designed the "Rockstar Basement" for us and our two girls. He went above and beyond to make our experience great, and the results show it. From his ideas during our initial consultation to his attention to detail throughout the process, he is truly a Professional through and through. All of the workers on the project treated our house like it was their own. We had no issues or complaints with any of the work that was done or any of the sub-contractors that came through the door. Everything was finished on-time and no one left until both we and Bob were satisfied with the results. I would use them again for any remodeling project!

Thanks to Bob McGinty and the team at LVIC the coolest bar in Lower Milford is right downstairs! We hired LVIC to finish our basement and couldn't be happier with the results. It was a little over a year from the time we had Bob out to give us an estimate until we were finally ready to pull the trigger but he was patient and helpful the entire time, making changes and answering questions whenever we asked. Bob was able to incorporate everything we were looking for into the design and had lots of great ideas when we weren't quite sure what we wanted. The workers at LVIC are very skilled and it was obvious from the start that they cared about what they were doing. The work they did was of the highest quality and it seemed that they were never satisfied until we were completely happy. We have used other contractors in the past with mixed results. It is hard to imagine that any of them would have be able to deliver the basement that the LVIC team did.

Would recommend LVIC for any home improvement. The kitchen project that was completed turned out exactly as we had hoped. The workmanship was of a very high quality.

My husband and I used LVIC for a basement renovation; we added a kitchen and pantry area, replaced drop ceiling with a drywalled ceiling, updated lighting, and changed flooring. We are so pleased with the work that was done and have been enjoying the space with our children, family members, and friends. Beyond the work, however, we cannot say enough about how wonderful everyone at LVIC was to work with -- they were respectful of our home, friendly to our kids, and always responsive to our questions/concerns/comments. This is not our first renovation experience, but it was certainly the most positive. We have recommended them to others and plan to use them again in the future!

My husband and I hired Lehigh Valley Interior Construction to finish our basement but they did more than that; Bob contributed valuable design ideas and advice to the project. The design advice Bob offered makes the basement a really fun, enjoyable place to be. During the weeks of work, Bob's team was extremely respectful, polite and worked quietly. Whenever we had a question, it was answered promptly. Additionally, Bob's deputies pointed out two appliance repairs we needed to make in order to avoid costly damages. It was a pleasure to work with such a professional, well-rounded, dedicated crew and we love our new basement.

Called Bob in for emergency replacement of drywall and insulation replacement in three rooms due to water damage, repair to woodwork, coordinate with painting contractor, repair cracks in other dry wall areas. Work was spectacular! My house keeper raved on attention to detail, cleanliness , class AAA appearance. Work completed in about four weeks from first phone call. I saw Bob once, left for six weeks and everything was done perfect. Incredible!

Our experience with Bob McGinty and LVIC was nothing short of extraordinary. From the beginning of the process, in which Bob provided an honest, collaborative, and professional estimate for our project (finishing our basement), to the daily work of his great crew, to the phenomenal end result of a third level of living space for our home, we were absolutely thrilled at each step of the process. Not only were Bob and his team extremely kind and helpful to each member of our family (including our 2-yr-old that continuously asked a zillion questions!), but they were able to design a space that incorporated everything that we wanted - even though we didn't think it was at all possible. We've had some bad experiences in the past with contractors that didn't show up on time (if at all), messy work areas, unprofessional behavior/language in our home, etc. The LVIC crew was the exact opposite. I would receive a text message each day about the time that the first crew member was arriving (and they were ALWAYS on time), they were professional throughout the work day, and at the end of each day, the entire space was cleaned and vacuumed. Long story short... LVIC is a fantastic company to work with - courteous, collaborative, amazingly talented craftsmanship, and overall great customer service. 5 stars!
