We have our dream kitchen, dining room and living area thanks to outstanding work of Lewis Design-Build-Remodel. Jared took the time at the beginning to get to know us, really understand our goals and visions, and most importantly our budget. He realistically set expectations for us and then introduced us to a designer who made our dreams come alive. The work that Jared and his team did was of the highest quality, the crew was dependable and each one an expert in their field and they didn't mind working alongside our dog. Many of his subcontractors have been working with him for 10+ years. We had access to a portal that provided a daily report of the progress and a calendar letting us know what to expect along the way as well as pictures of what was accomplished each day. This was extremely helpful especially if we were traveling. Jared’s communication was always clear and timely. In the end, the finished product exceeded our vision resulting in a kitchen beyond our dreams and a space that will accommodate our large family where many memories will be made. In addition, we finished ahead of schedule! We are so grateful to have met Jared and appreciate all that he did to deliver a space and a remodeling experience that exceeded all our expectations.

What isn't obvious in Lewis Design remodel pictures is what is behind the finished surfaces you see in all the beautiful photos. Additional structure and major strength was added to my house because of my kitchen remodel. All my electrics and plumbing are immaculate, running in neat "to code" lines, inside my walls. I cannot impress upon you how good you feel looking at your beautiful finished project and knowing that that beauty is more than just surface and paint. Hands down Jared Lewis design has some of the best of the best in the trades. Our project took a few months to complete as we needed to remove a main portion of the front of our house. We had Jared and crew essentially living in among us for about two months. They are all so professional, understand, and try to minimize the upheaval they are causing. If you are going to have people "invade" your home and space for an extended period of time, you want people like this as the ones to do it. There are other outfits out there that can show you lots of pretty pictures, maybe even some that get close to looking as nice as Lewis projects. What I got in the internals of my house, as well as people that were super respectful and caring in amongst my family for two months, you cannot see that in the pictures. But yes, our new dream kitchen quite the looker as well.

I feel so fortunate to have hired Jared and his team for what ended up being a whole house remodel. I had worked with a couple of contractors for smaller jobs in the past, and those experiences left me nervous about choosing a contractor for this BIG job. I think I interviewed 8 contractors before I hired Jared. It turns out, I hit the jackpot! Jared is everything you want in a contractor. Steady, calm, organized, reliable, trustworthy, and a great communicator. I never wondered what was going on with my job, or when/if someone would show up...he was on top of everything. He was also extremely flexible. When I changed my mind about something (ended up happening more than once), or added something to the job (also happened more than once), or when we had to unexpectedly rebuild our deck because it was not originally sloped correctly (ok, that only happened once)... he handled each change expertly; with ease and patience. As I mentioned above, this job was big: 3 bathrooms, our kitchen, laundry room, and deck. We also re-drywalled and repainted the whole house, replaced all the flooring/windows/doors. We even redid the stucco and siding on the exterior. Jared's own team was amazing, as was every single sub. Each person that came to work on our house was kind, friendly, and respectful of our home. Most importantly, they are all masters of their crafts. We have been back in our home for a couple months now and it is like a dream. The craftsmanship and quality of the work done has resulted in a beautiful home that exceeds what I imagined when I started this remodeling journey. I would hire Jared again for any construction job I have in the future, and would recommend him wholeheartedly and without hesitation. Thank you so much for everything, Jared and crew.

I highly recommend Lewis Design Build Remodel for any remodeling needs. They did an excellent job on my kitchen remodel nine years ago. Most recently they completed primary and hall bathroom remodeling jobs for me. Quality workmanship and on time delivery. I was very satisfied with the results.

I can't say enough about how incredible Jared was to work with on my remodel. It was a big project for me (full kitchen renovation, including removing one wall and moving another, plus totally reconfiguring my laundry room and half bath), but with Jared's calm management style and attention to detail it never felt overwhelming. He worked closely with my designer to understand all aspects of our plan, and he clearly communicated what needed to happen when in order to to have all the materials arrive to meet our timeline. I had heard nightmare stories of supply chain issues causing huge delays, but we stayed right on schedule. Jared is also just a genuinely nice guy. I trusted him implicitly that if anything unexpected came up he would make it right, like when a subcontractor accidentally knocked over my coffee maker and Jared replaced it immediately. It was a small gesture but is indicative of his honesty and integrity. His entire team did great work, and I am absolutely thrilled with the final product.

Jared Lewis is the partner you want on your team. We were introduced to Jared when our Scotts Valley home was destroyed by a giant tree by a local real estate expert who is a staple in the community. From our first interaction – Jared was "people first". He cared about our family's needs, spent a great deal of time evaluating our complex options – and was the first to state when he felt something was beyond his scope, expertise, or bandwidth (spoiler alert: nothing is :) Though the entire process , Jared maintained his professional demeanor as our strategy shifted through various curveballs: changing market conditions, rebuilding vs selling, and working through various needs of our insurance provider. He also employs top-notch technology. As work commenced, I was able to stay on top of the day's activities through a digital log – complete with pictures, reports, and project details. The entire time I felt so "connected" to the build, and his team always delivered when they said they would. Finally, it always felt that Jared considers a long term view for his clients, I never felt pushed in any direction. He considers your success to be his success. Please consider Jared to your interview panel, he'll deservedly earn your business.

Our project spanned a year, and trusting Jared's team with our home was critically important. He works with true experts. Chris and Jeff are amazing and trustworthy craftsmen, and we enjoyed their company and sense of humor. We cannot say enough positive things about the electrical work completed by Jessi Phillips. The plumbing and drywall team - everyone was superb and super respectful of our home. I also want to stress how much we appreciated the Builder Trend platform and mobile app that Jared uses for project management. Given how busy we are, seeing our project updates, financials and paying online from my mobile phone was very important. Last but not least, Jared is a great leader with diligent follow-through, follow-up, and organization. Highly recommend Lewis Design Build for quality, high-end projects.

I want to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible work that Lewis Design-Build and Remodel just completed on my pool house. Since my project was started 6 years prior, there were many unforeseen problems that were taken in stride by Jared and his crew. We hired Jared for our remodel/addition project and it turned out fantastic! Jared is extremely knowledgable and will go the extra step to help build out your dream project. All of the subcontractors and partners he works with do a great job as well as he only works with the best!
