MMI remodeled our upstairs which started out as three separate rooms (living room, dining room and kitchen). After the finished product we now have a beautifully finished kitchen and living room that are now open and inviting. A lot of work went into this renovation. And we love the finished product. We had this renovation in mind shortly after we moved in. My husband and I discussed it for years. MMI brought our dream to reality. Piotr and his crew were very respectful and did quality work. We couldn’t be more thrilled and if you want someone that will do things the right way, it is Piotr and his crew.

I used MM&I to design and renovate a bathroom. My bathroom remodel included moving walls and building a new closet. Plumbing was also moved around to make room for other stuff. Bathroom now looks absolutely fantastic.
The project was completed within a target goal and I was kept updated on what to expect each week. They are perfectionists and high quality craftmanship is their business model. They simply refuse to cut corners, I am happy with the final result. BIG recommendation!

MM&I did my kitchen remodeling just wanted to to let you know, I absolutely love the kitchen. Great work! I am absolutely happy with it! I've got a another downstairs room I'd like to turn into a recreation/game room. Probably in the spring. You guys will be the first I'll call to come out and take a look . Again, I'm very happy with the kitchen and would be more than happy to let anybody else know on the great work guys do.

MM&I recently finished a remodel project for our newly purchased home in Boerne. The house is 15 years old, therefore needed some updating. MM&I crews were always on time, professional and courteous. When they left, at the end of the day, they always left the job site clean. The craftsmen were exceptionally talented. We have plans for phase 2 and will, without a doubt, call on MM&I.
