We just had our bathroom remodeled by Oasis Builders It was our first remodel, and Neev was very good at explaining how the project would go step by step. It was our first time renovating a property and we were so nervous about keeping things under budget and timelines. I remember we were frantically searching for the best partner for the job and we were so lucky to find Oasis Builders. Neev and his team made sure we understood and were comfortable with the entire process. Great communication was extremely important for us and Oasis Builders delivered! I felt our project was always a priority and felt confident that we would get the results we wanted. We are extremely happy with the new floors, kitchen, and general upgrades we contracted for. Also, Neev and his team were not only incredibly professional with us but also with our HOA. If you are looking for a world-class renovation company, don't think about it, call Oasis Builders. Neev Kugel, the owner, was always ready to listen to client, me, answer questions, and explain ideas. The workers are on time, clean, respectful, and have someone who speaks English. When there was a rare delay, I was notified as to when to expect people. Always supervision--One day a supervisor came 4 times during the day to make sure the technical project was going as planned. The time estimation for the project was good--only delayed when I came down with Covid. A resounding yes I would use Oasis Builders, Inc. again. Entire remodel of 1930s bathroom with bathtub removal, installation of handicap rollinshower, special toilet, opening of bathroom to bedroom, a powder room, remodel of office closet.

I hired Oasis Builders to for my renovation project after interviewing 7 contractors. Neev struck out when he showed to be cautious and not over promising with his bids and estimates, and he had A LOT of portfolio. I also liked that Neev is the owner of Oasis which means I won't have to jump through hoops to get a hold of him. My project was quite a complicated one. It involved a kitchen, two full bathrooms and a powder room. It also includes removing a structural wall. As soon as we got the permit (which was a very smooth process, I felt like Neev did not waste a day letting me know what stage the permit application was at), the construction went by FAST. During the rough-ins, there was not a week that went by without workers on site. I felt like Neev did his best to schedule every trade down to the T. We passed all inspections and every subcontractor I spoke to loved working with Neev. Also, the subs were EXTREMELY NICE!! I really appreciate them and feel that they really care about the quality of their work. I especially love his tiler, Juan, who did an amazing job on tiling and I can't be happy enough about the result! During the finishing material stage, we had some issues with the flooring and railings due to miscommunication, but Neev held himself responsible throughout the process. I totally understand that construction is full of surprises but the way Neev deals with them makes me feel that they are not here to finish things and get paid. Their priority is to do things right and have a quality result that they can be proud of. To this I can say that it is probably the best quality anyone needs in a contractor, someone who holds themselves at high standards and think of the project like their own. Some other notable things from my experience is that Neev is a really resourceful guy. He helped me final a prior permit (the previous owner of the house had a kitchen remodel permit that was never finaled because the inspections didn't pass..), he got me a ton of discount on finishing materials, and his wife, Mai, is an interior designer and consulted us on color combinations and material selection. Neev has been as responsive four months after we moved in as the first day of the project. Any questions we had along the way, he never left us hanging and always made sure to follow up. Finally, Neev is flexible to work with. I told him that we wanted to move in by a certain date, and we didn't mind if there was still work that needed to be done. Neev really cared about us moving into a finished product, so he went guns blazing pouring all of his resources during the last few weeks so work would be done and professional cleaners could do a final cleanup before we moved in. It was truly unbelievable the length the team went to to finish the project. We've been in the house for four months now and everything looks great and works great. We hired Oasis Builders to build a front yard fence and a deck railing for our backyard. Neev was amazing in communicating and coordinating with different installation teams. The project was finished right on time! We really enjoyed working with Neev and his crew. He was very responsive, flexible, and patient with our questions. His crew was always on time and super professional. We are really satisfied with the fence and deck railings and we've got tons of compliments from our neighbors on our new fence. I would highly recommend Oasis Builders to anyone who needs a reliable contractor!

I hired Oasis Builders for a garage conversion and the finished work turned out great! The tile and kitchen countertop work was especially excellent. Neev and his crew came back many times to make sure the finished project was as perfect as possible, despite any bumps along the way! I highly recommend Oasis builders for any remodeling projects!

Our kitchen remodel went smoothly thanks to Neev and the rest of the Oasis Builders team! We had a small to mid-size kitchen that was 30 years old and in need of an update. I scanned Yelp reviews and came across Oasis Builders and some others. Neev was the first we interviewed and it felt like a good fit from the start. He is personable, reasonable, detailed, and sets well-grounded expectations. Neev is a great project manager and communicator! He was always available and made sure we always knew what to expect. Oasis Builders provides you with a shopping list for kitchen remodels that includes all appliances, tile, and items like the sink, faucet, etc., so you do have some homework. But if you stick with Neev's timeline, you can still have your remodel done and ready-to-use within the projected timeframe despite the pandemic and supply chain woes. As with any good contractor, he recommended various vendors. All the ones that we interacted with were professional and easy to work with. The workmanship was great and I can't say enough nice things about the tile guy. Each crew Neev sent to our home was courteous and explained the work they completed. We love our new kitchen and it's my new favorite room in the house! I even enjoy washing the dishes and unloading the dishwasher. Who would have thought? With the kitchen done, we've moved on to our next project and our first call was Neev. Oasis Builders and Neev are hands down the absolute BEST! Having never done any construction or renovations of any kind, the whole process of renovating a new kitchen was so daunting to think about, but from the moment we first met Neev, we were put at ease and we knew he was the one! Neev was the first contractor we met with when shopping out contractors, but we did our due diligence to meet with at least 5 more. He set the bar so high on our first meeting that no one else even came close! He was so personable and super professional, understood our vision while also offering such great insight on the project as a whole. Every step of the way he was right there with us, incredibly patient and making sure everything was going to plan. We asked a million questions throughout the whole process, changed our minds, added in new work and through out it all he never batted an eye - always positive he could it make it work and he absolutely did! His team is very hard working, always professional and always helpful and everything they did looked just spectacular in the end. We could not be more pleased... and I have to honestly say Neev made it feel the entire time like having a friend you could count on in a tough time, as crazy as that sounds! What a true pleasure it was to find Oasis, and there is no way we would ever use another company for any future projects since we already hit the jackpot. Highly, highly recommended!!

I hired Oasis Builders about six months ago to do a major extensive remodel and expansion after another company tried to rip us off. They have been so wonderful to deal with. I told them what I wanted, and they made it happen. Neev, the company owner has a team of experts and navigated the way through a difficult and complex approval permit process and remodel. Their detail, perseverance, and patience of dealing with all the moving pieces throughout a process like this are second to none. I am very happy that I went with them because they were knowledgeable, ethical, reliable, and truly cared about providing a quality job. Every time we experienced some bump, which is to be expected during a large renovation job, they always responded quickly and took responsibility to make sure that I ended up with a quality job. The personnel were extremely patient and very responsive. I worked with several different people. Neev, Tal and their crew were all professional and pleasant. After seeing the amount of attention that was provided to my project, I then realized I made the right decision of choosing them as my contractor. Also, when I required some changes to our scope of work, they did not try and take advantage of me and were fair in their charges. I highly recommend them. They care about their clients and the quality of their work.
