About Us

Remodeling a kitchen or bathroom can be overwhelming for any homeowner. It is a financial, emotional, and physical investment. It is often not a "do-it-yourself" project. Unlike bedroom, family room, or living room remodeling projects, deciding to remodel a kitchen or bathroom involves much more planning and preparation. Selecting the design (trends are constantly changing), choosing the colors and materials, reconstructing plumbing and electrical configurations, is very daunting; you need a professional. For most homeowners, the kitchen and bathrooms are the most essential rooms in the home, so designing them to be functional as well as aesthetically appealing requires highly-specialized skills and knowledge. You want these spaces to be comfortable and inviting while reflecting your personality and lifestyle. Please view the photos of the projects we've completed for homeowners just like you!

Patrick and his crew did a great job renovating our kitchen. They completed the job in a timely fashion about two months ago. We loved it then and now that we've been living with it for a little while, we are even more pleased. It was a pleasure working with the whole team.

Pat was great to work with and supportive of what we wanted. Changed our minds about selling and decided to renovate. Pat came in and change the look and feel of our home; it is so different and modern now. We would highly recommend Pat for other designs and any future work we would want to do. The pictures speak for themselves. Thanks Pat

Pat saved my kitchen renovation! My contractor had convinced me to use the kitchen design services at the local big box home improvement store. Pat looked at the designs and immediately pointed out some huge flaws with the layout that I would not have realized until installation. I was doing a whole home renovation down to the 2 x 4's so having Pat take over the kitchen design was a great decision. My kitchen is stunning thanks to Pat's ability to understand my vision and turn it into a workable, beautiful space. He worked within my budget to provide value, beauty, and function. He is now doing my laundry room.

Working with Pat was a pleasure. He is so up with the latest trends and colors. From the custom layout to the construction demolition - he was hands on! His crew of professionals that installed the kitchen were a pleasure to work with and very meticulous about their craft. I would highly recommend his firm.

Working with Patrick was a delight. He's creative and also laid back, so it was a no stress project. All of his subs are wonderful to work with and do top notch work. Thanks, Patrick, for a beautiful kitchen and family room!!

Pat designed my kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room in my previous home. He is now designing the remodel of my kitchen in another home 9 years later . He is very creative and comes up with great ideas to solve problems that come up. The cabinets and hardware he uses are all high quality with amazing style. I highly recommend PM, Custom Designs, you won't be disappointed.

The job was a complete remodel of our 3-bedroom/2-bath condo. The contractor acted as project manager, we paid the subs directly. We were not 100% sold on this type of arrangement as there is always some risk, but Pat managed the job very well and everything was on time. Contractor designed the kitchen and provided beautiful, solid, cabinets. The design worked really well for us. Highly recommend.

After 29 years as a Realtor and multiple renovations including two complete kitchens and six bathrooms, I must tell you that of all the contractors and designers involved with my projects, PM Custom Designs, Inc. is the best. Pat is quite a talented artist and has a complete understanding of the building industry. The tradesmen he has working with him are excellent and all have a great deal of respect for him. Key attributes of Pat's include: patience, great listening skills, flexibility with changes, honesty, responsible and well organized. Personally Pat is a pleasure. He treats everyone with respect. I got exactly what I expected in a timely workmanlike way. Sincerely, B.A. Ballard, Indian Harbour Beach, FL

Wow! Pat's remodel design of our kitchen was spectacular and his mechanic Tim did a superior installation. We had a very tight budget but we wanted something that did not look like it came from a big box store. Pat presented several design choices and prices that gave us those options. We are very please with the quality of the materials, the quality of the installation and the complete professionalism of PM Custom Designs.

PM Custom Designs did a great job remodeling my outdated kitchen. The design of my kitchen was a little awkward but it turned out to be a good workable area. The subcontractors, PM Design hired, were very efficient too. Good job!
