I would recommend Quinlan and Company to anyone interested in a quality home remodeling job done at a reasonable price. They gutted and remodeled 2 full and one 1/2 bathrooms for us last year. Their workmanship is outstanding and the rooms all look as great today as they did when they were first completed. From start to finish, all of their personnel did a great job listening to our ideas, assisting in finding the products which we wanted in our price range, building with quality workmanship, following the plan, cleaning up at the end of each day, and putting the finishing touches on our rooms. Our second floor bathroom was recently completed and what a transformation! Dan came to see what they could do to improve the space of our old, small fiberglass shower. He was the only contractor who came up with a solution that gave us at least 4 more inches of space. A new tiled shower with a glass door was installed and the new tiled floors and vanity are top notch. This company is professional, they communicate well and are service oriented. Their team pay attention to detail, clean up after their work, and have a high skill set. Working with a local family owned business that does only kitchens and bathrooms, picking our choice of products in their showroom and then choosing tiles with a nearby recommended referral made it effortless to move forward very quickly with our project. We are extremely satisfied with our serene new bathroom!

Our project was full remodel of our kitchen, a new mudroom, updating the laundry room, half bath and flooring. The entire process from beginning to end was incredible. A project like this can be very overwhelming but Dan and his entire team walked us through every step of the project. During the design process they really listened to what we were looking for and consulted with us on the best approach. As the project moved along, Dan and his crew kept us well informed, arrived when they said they would, were efficient when they were here and always cleaned up after they left. If we ever had a question they were quick to respond. If we wanted something adjusted they took care of it, no questions asked. Great place with lots of choices and gives you ideas for what you want to do. He coordinated our visits with the tile shop and granite folks. He is the GC and scheduled all the subs. From "Soup to Nuts" Quinlan and Company Exceed Expectations! From the moment we met Kevin in their showroom my wife and I knew we were dealing with a solid company. Being a Culinary School graduate, I set the bar high and had a lot of wants & needs. Kevin (Kitchen Designer & Tile Setter) sent us several renderings and it did not take long to fall in love to what was going to be our new kitchen! Quinlan kept us on task on the things that we needed to do on our end. They showed up every day on time and cleaned up EVERY day. The attention to detail was incredible. And every square inch was made into usable space. We went from just 6 cabinets above our counters to 15. Dan (Owner and G.C.) turned our feeble walk in pantry to an impressive custom butlers pantry with 800sq ft of shelf space with motion light and gorgeous pocket door! And don't even get me started on the custom back splash behind our stove - GRAND SLAM! I have so much more to say, but I'm out of space. HIRE THEM!

They pulled the necessary permits to start the job as scheduled and had the inspections done on time after each phase was completed. Dan and Eileen worked with us to do a total remodel of our kitchen. Eileen was great keeping us in the loop on progress and schedule. From helping us with our original vision (modifying existing layout of master bath and walk in closet), assisting with building our custom vanity to fit our functional needs and helping with design and trim selections throughout the process - they were always prompt to respond and helpful with all of our decisions. We had Quinlan and Company do a bathroom remodel for us. As with a project of this type with so many details to consider, for the most part, everything went well. Although we had a few set backs, non of which was the fault of Quinlan K&B, the project was completed to our satisfaction. I was impressed with Dan's attention to detail which was reflected in his proposal/quote before the project was started. Very detailed line items from labor to materials. Dan and Eileen were easy to work with and made sure we were pleased with the results on an on going basis. Its not easy to give up your home to a bunch of strangers but the crew were respectful to us and our home something very important to me and my wife. In closing I would highly recommend Quinlan K&B and we made a very good decision in choosing them for our bathroom remodel.

Dan and Eileen were very professional and honest in guiding us with our reconstruction of our main bathroom. Their employees were prompt and worked full days to stay on schedule as we only had one tub and shower. They always left the house clean and clear and reported daily what was accomplished and what was left to complete. Their licensed electrician,plumbers etc. were very accomplished and were so instrumental in giving us a beautiful bathroom. The cabinet, the countertop, the tub and all bathroom fixtures were of great quality and our bathroom is perfect! They remained within our deadline which we were very grateful. We appreciate their workmanship and would contract with them again and recommend them highly!

2 bathrooms remodeled a few years ago excellently so had to have them back to update one of the bathroom floors. The communication before, during and after installation was excellent, they respected our house by putting down cloths to protect the floors which was important to us. Installers were pleasant and answered all our questions. Went above and beyond by resolving a couple of problems that weren't in the original plan.

Quinlan Kitchen & Bath represents the best experience my wife and I have ever had in dealing with a home improvement vendor. My wife and I stopped into Quinlan for the first time on our way home from visiting the Boston Granite Exchange, which is just down the road from their store in West Bridgewater, somewhat off the beaten path. We were looking for new quartz kitchen countertops to replace our old lackluster kitchen and powder room laminate tops. The store was empty except for Kevin McMahon and Eileen Quinlan, who immediately impressed us with their congenial, helpful, and no-pressure approach to answering our questions, and their knowledge of products and the challenges of installing replacement countertops. Kevin snapped a picture of our kitchen diagram and emailed us a quote within 24 hours, and he arranged for us to view sample slabs at the fabrication site. Surprisingly, Quinlan's quote was a bit lower than others from big home improvement stores, but it was their knowledge and personalized attention that convinced us to select Quinlan for our project. From that point forward, things went quickly and exactly as described. Dan Quinlan visited us with a representative from the fabricator, who laser-measured our existing kitchen and bath tops. Dan explained the process and options for installing our quartz tops, which would be thinner that the laminate ones, so that they would align with our existing tile backsplash. The process took two days - one day to remove existing tops and adjust cabinets for the thinner Cambria quartz, and one day to install the new tops. Dan scheduled an extra day in between those two days, in case an unforeseen issue should arise. Things went perfectly and the result was stunning! But this wasn't the end of our experience with Quinlan. Our finished basement had flooded several months earlier, but the contractor we hired to reconstruct it proved to be a derelict no-show and very little progress had taken place over more than four months of the contractor's engagement. The contractor showed up for an hour or so during our kitchen project, and when I explained the situation to Dan Quinlan, he offered to provide a quote to finish the basement. Not only was the quote reasonable, but Dan adjusted his schedule to perform the work almost immediately. After only three days, our basement was reconstructed and looks great! We just had it painted, and will soon have carpeting installed by a flooring provider that Dan recommended. If you want high-quality labor and materials, reliability, personalized attention to your project, and a very competitive price, you cannot do better than Quinlan and Company! We recently had our kitchen updated with new quartz countertops and tile backsplash, as well as new master bath vanity. Dan and Eileen of Quinlan and Company Kitchen and Bath Works were great to work with during the planning stages. Dan and his crew removed all of our ceramic tile countertop and backsplash, a very laborious process. They were careful not to damage anything else in the kitchen, and left things cleaned up and ready for the quartz install the next day. The subcontractor they use for the quartz did a fantastic job, the fit was perfect and the end result looks great. Then Dan and the guys came back and installed the travertine tile backsplash we had picked out from their supplier. We really had no idea what we wanted for backsplash, but the tile supplier was extremely helpful while we made our choice. These same steps also occurred for the vanity in the master bathroom. All of this work was performed as scheduled, completed as promised, and for the original price quoted. The whole project couldn't have gone any easier. All the questions I had were quickly answered by Eileen via phone or email. I would highly recommend Quinlan Kitchen and Bath Works to anyone looking to do an update or a complete remodel.

I had over 100,000.00 in damages from last winter. I had many contractors over the 9 months it took to completely finish the job. Dan Quinlan was the contractor for remodeling our bathrooms along with painting etc. I found everybody that was associated with Quinlan and Co. to be not only nice and very helpful,but trustworthy as well. I never had any issue come up that Dan couldn't fix. His work is impeccable and Dan along with his workers are always professional and respectful. We hired Quinlan and Company to remodel our small bathroom . This was a complete remodel, the bathroom brought to studs, wallboard replaced, toilets, sink replaced, floor redone, window and door updated. The door opened towards the inside and we asked Dan to have the new door open out to give a little more room. This was, for us, a major project. The outcome: fantastic! Dan and Eileen were terrific, getting back to us promptly with estimates, answers to questions, notifying us as to what was happening day by day. The crew that came were always on time, curteous and did an outstanding job. The timetable given to us was accurate and followed, the price fair and overall reasonable. We recently renovated our kitchen and dining room into one big eat in kitchen. Praise! Is all I can say! We cannot say enough about Dan, Eileen, and their crew. Dan and Eileen where very knowledgeable from the planning stages right through to the final completion of the project. I hired Quinlan and Company to install porcelain tile on my kitchen floor in October, 2015. One of the reasons was because they have supposedly good reviews. I was sadly misled by these reviews. Looking at the tile job from the next room they look nice but if you check the floor carefully you can see that the job is unprofessionally done. Some of the tiles are raised above the next tile along the edge and some are raised on both the side and end. If you slide a straight edge on the tiles this is very obvious. Some are so misaligned you can feel it easily with your hand. These raised edges are a tripping hazard and hurt your feet if you are not wearing shoes. When I complained Dan came to look at what I was complaining about. He moved a chair and it got stuck. He blamed the nylon pads on the chair. I had him run his hand on some of the tiles and the explanation I got was; the tiles do not have round edges and this is the best they can do. This floor looks like they never tiled before. The folding doors that were reinstalled were just jammed in to fit. I said this is not right and Dan told me that the doors would be damaged if they were trimmed. The doors were almost impossible to open and close. Guess what I removed them myself, trimmed them to fit correctly and they are perfect. There is no damage! Dan just left me with a lousily install porcelain tile floor.

Quinlan and Company was responsible for doing the my kitchen renovations which involved removal of soffits, appliances changing locations and complete installation of the new kitchen. I highly recommend them. The entire project ran smoothly and all the employees and sub-contractors were extremely professional and wonderful to deal with. The work site was always left spotless at the end of the day. The communication was great and if I left a message, someone always got back to me immediately. If I had an issue or concern it was addressed and resolved very quickly. We could not be happier with our experience with Quinlan and Company and we are equally as happy with how the completed project came out.

We hired Quinlan and Company for a complete kitchen remodel the whole area was completely gutted, with major changes to the floor plan requiring wall installation and support beam issues.
