I have been an interior designer in the Raleigh area for nearly 20 years specializing mostly in design build. Kitchen/bath design and remodeling and more recently flipping houses. ABOUT MARY ANN SCHOTT Mary Ann Schott has been a trusted designer in the Raleigh area since 2002. She earned an Associates Degree in Interior Design from Limperts Academy of Design and in 2018 she attended the Ron Legrand Real Estate Investing School. She is the recipient of the 2003 Gold Award from the Triangle Parade of Homes and has designed for builders, developers, and remodelers before starting her own company in 2008.
