RWC was punctual, reliable, and creative They came up with a thoughtful solution for my 50-year-old windows that resulted in significant savings. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

RWC replaced 5 windows and 2 French doors in our 1919 house. The results exceeded expectations. The crew was professional, friendly and worked nonstop until the job was done.

RWC replaced our windows this past week. Top notch professional from the start! First visit to the show room, greeted professionally and kindly by Mary who explained window options. Anthony came to the house to do measurements and explain the details of how the job would be done, timeline etc. - very professional and knowledgeable! Team that did the installation, lead by Luis, very professional, hard working - trudged through the snow and endured the freezing cold outside - meticulous, put out drop cloths over our belongings, but there wasn't a lot of dust an debris anyway. Any debris outside was cleaned up. Went above and beyond and the windows look great!

Ten windows were installed by RWC in my house in Wayne on Friday, 1/23/2026. Anthony Giampapa assisted last year with window and a deck door options as well as the price quote. Although I was ready to have my deck slider installed at that time, which I did, Anthony understood the windows would have to wait. Once again there was no pressure and the price quote from March of 2025 remained the same. The temperature was extremely cold on Friday, yet Luis and his assistant remained focused, kind and motivated, while smiling throughout the day. The 10 windows were fully installed in one day and are beautiful. Luis and his assistant cleaned my garage better than it was prior to their arrival. All of the old windows as well as all packaging were taken with them. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend RWC for your windows and door needs. Hopefully I will be back soon for my next project!

Anthony and Joe Giampapa were both fun to work with and very patient with us as we did our research in their showroom, despite the fact that our project was a relatively small one (front door replacement). They were also knowledgeable and respectful of the recommendations of our town's historical preservation society. Installation was flawless. We would definitely use RWC again.

Joe and team recently replaced all of my windows and my backdoor. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Joe was extremely communicative and always answered my questions promptly and without me needing to follow up. He was extremely helpful when I had doubts/concerns regarding the types of windows I wanted and provided in-depth knowledge and consultation. Everybody that I worked with was very kind and the process was painless. They really cleaned up after themselves and you wouldn't have even known they were here when everything was said and done (with the exception of my beautiful new windows and door, of course)! There wasn't even a scrap left behind. Prices are also very reasonable (I gathered five different quotes and they were the ones that checked all the boxes for quality and price). They have been so great that I know, for a fact, that I will look to them for all my future house projects. Thanks for making what could have been an extremely stressful process so manageable!

We had a fantastic experience renovating our kitchen with RWC! The design process was collaborative and tailored to our needs. Joe and Ashley communicated every step of the way and kept the project seamless and professional. They were especially conscious of doing such a major project for us with 2 young kids in the house and did a great job of keeping the area clean and safe at the end of each working day. We are ecstatic with the new kitchen and look forward to working with RWC again in the future!

TL;DR :) extremely nice people, reliable and reputable contractors, exceptional workmanship, remarkable value; 10/10 would recommend! We have been putting off doing renovations on our 120-year-old home for the 11 years we’ve owned it, simply because we were nervous about finding a trustworthy and competent contractor in our area. We saw RWC working at a house across the street and as we say it, we “really liked their vibe” so we asked them for a quote on gutting and replacing our very busted old kitchen. Joe came out and listened to all our concerns and noted our tastes and wishlist, and came up with a comprehensive plan that included a really awesome 3d rendering. When the work began, we were most impressed with how kind and personable every worker, specialist, owner and employee of RWC was - they have truly built an incredible team of nice humans that you’d want to hang out with outside of the job. As work continued, we loved how respectful they were of us and our home - they left it spotless every day, took care to address any mid-project hazards before they left for the evening, and even made accommodations to protect our very curious cats. The workmanship level went far beyond what I felt like we were paying for. Dean, our carpenter and basically everything-person … I truly think he should be internationally famous for the work he does! He seemed to understand exactly what we wanted and would just magically make it happen, but he always asked questions about particulars to be sure he got things perfect the first time. The attention to detail was stunning. As far as pricing, it was definitely on the higher end of quotes we’ve gotten over the years, but we hoped we would be getting what we paid for - and we did. During the demo, issues arose outside of the scope of the project (rotting subfloor etc) - we worked out payment for the remedies with RWC, *and* they were taken care of immediately with no impact on the schedule. We never felt like we were being nickel-and-dimed, and the core project never went over budget. The payment schedule in our contract made the expense of an entirely new kitchen easy to manage. We’re relieved to have discovered them in a sea of horror stories and we feel like we have finally found “our contractor.” We are looking forward to working with RWC again on a couple bathroom renovations - and honestly, after this experience, we’re looking around our house for even more projects.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Every aspect of project handled professionally. They are on time and deliver a clean and beautiful result. Don’t waste your time searching for others if you want the job done right RWC will do it.

I can't say enough about how good RWC is. My husband and I hired them a couple of years ago to install new windows throughout our house and the work was excellent. This year, we decided to renovate our kitchen and, as much as we dislike disruption and dreaded doing this, RWC made it easy. It went as you'd never expect a construction job to go: It was done quickly and perfectly. I really can't say enough about RWC, and about Joe G. and Ashley, who went out of their way to make sure we were happy. RWC knows exactly what they are doing, do it well, and are so easy to work with. I recommend them highly.

RWC was excellent again! This was the second time using RWC and with such a good experience from the first time we went directly to them for this next project. They kept me informed with all the information from when materials were ordered, delivered, installation date scheduled and then even a follow up. Anthony like the previous time worked around our schedule to come to the house and verify measurements prior ordering. The installation team was outstanding again and we will definitely use RWC again.

We recently had all our windows replaced with RWC. Anthony and staff went over the process and options and helped us decide “our” best option. The installation was completed in two days and we have beautiful new windows. The installers were neat and worked carefully. I would recommend RWC without hesitation. They do great work.
