We built a house and needed cabinets and countertops. Mike will show you cabinets in his store and imply they will be the same quality. When we got them, they were crap! They were Rainier cabinets and made out of pressed board with melamine insides. We paid a premium price and could have gone to Home Depot and bought theirs for less than half what we paid. He also over orders trim and things we did not authorize to ring up the bill. The process became stressful when we fired our builder and the Mike stood behind him and not us. After they were installed, we noticed some problems but Mike did not believe us or stand behind his product. He implied someone else must have messed with the paint-REALLY? It looks like the company just painted over the pressed board with melamine inside that is off white and didn't match the bright white on the outside. The edge where the paint ends, and melamine starts shows and leaves a paint ridge. The hinges won't stay adjusted. There are many other reputable places. Don't waste your time and money at this establishment.

I just finished a kitchen remodel that included countertops, backsplash, tile floor, and installation of a garden window. I had a great experience working with Mike and with his craftsmen. I was kept well informed, always had my questions answered in a timely manner and came in right on budget! I highly recommend using Showcase Cabinetry for your kitchen remodel project.

Mike Northover did a full house remodel including wiring, flooring, everything for us in 2018. I must say the job was perfect. I expected to find little things I would change or not particularly like but I have not. I have a dream kitchen with gorgeous cabinets with unbelievable space and pull outs so I have easy access to everything. Even my small appliances are in a pantry with electrical access and a pull out. Use the blender, toaster, or mixer and just push it back in and close the door...counter tops remain clean and clear. I have found absolutely nothing in the entire house I would change. The fireplace, the granite hanging shelf in the entry are all simply beautiful. He was never more than 3 days off from the three month calendar he presented to us when we started and is honest to a fault. Great guy, great work. Thank you for my dream come true,

Showcase Cabinetry & Design worked with us, our architect and builder to provide the most efficient cabinets for a new home construction. Mike Northover provided a wealth of knowledge targeting this homeowners tastes and needs for a gourmet kitchen and first class master suite. At the same time, we were able to install cost effective cabinetry in a bar and two guest suites without compromising on style.

First off I have to say we work with designers and general contractors all of the time. We were refered to them by the cabinet manufacturer who gave them great reviews. It honestly was a pleasure working with them through our kitchen remodel. They have a great eye for detail as well as good intuition on space saving ideas. We actually ended up on time and under budget. I now refer them to any of our clients that need similar work done. We couldn't be happier with their work.

We hired Michael Northover from Showcase Cabinetry as a design and build consultant as well as a contractor for all the cabinetry and built ins in our custom home. Michael & I worked side by side for a period of a couple of years, starting in approx 2008 and even after completion. When we bought our property with the intent to build, Michael was the first sub that I sought out to work with us. ( he did all of our cabinetry in 1996 on our last build). Michael has an excellent eye for design and is accountable, respectful and one of most loyal people you will meet. He takes great pride in his work, and will not sign off on any of the work until it lives up to his standard. He is the kind of contractor you would like to think of projects for him to do, just so you can keep him around! I would highly recommend Showcase Cabinetry to anyone looking for a high quality, affordable custom designed cabinets.

Have worked with Mike Northover and Showcase a number of times over the past 10 years and the service, quality and craftsmanship have met my high standards each and every time. Being in the commercial general contraction business for over 40 years I come in contact with many subcontractors and Showcase is right up there in the top 1%. I will use them again and have in the past recommended them and will continue to do so.

I have used Showcase Cabinetry and Design for two major remodels...two bathrooms for the first and a kitchen/laundry room for the second. I was very pleased both times. This was my first time doing remodels so I did not realize that it is not that common for a job to be completed on time. Mike gave me a schedule and a completion date and both times the remodel went according to schedule. Mike and his crew went out of their way to keep the dust to a minimum during the remodel. I could not of been happier and Showcase is the only contractor I will use for a remodel.

I hired Showcase Cabinetry & Design to replace my 22 year old wood deck in 2013. This was after many other successful projects completed by Mike Northover and his company over the past ten or more years. In this case, as in the past, I received an accurate itemized estimate of the total cost of the job along with a complete description of all materials to be used. Before any work was started, all materials were available along with an exact calendar of when the work would be completed. The work was completed as planned by expert craftsman and the worksite cleaned up perfectly when the job was done. There was no overrun of costs. Needless to say, I was more than happy with the resulting new deck, which included many design improvements over the one replaced and adds to the value of my home. I will gladly hire Showcase Cabinetry & Design for any future remodel projects.

Mike and Showcase did it again. As a General Contractor I depend on Mike to meet with my customers to determine the design, select the cabinets and help determine the price point of their new kitchen or bathroom. On the project we just completed Mike suggested we remove the walls separating the kitchen from the dining room and the walls that separated the small hall that lead to the dining room. His design helped secure the project for my company. His help in selecting the cabinets, coordinating their timely delivery and his professional knowledge and attitude was instrumental in making a very happy customer. Thank you Mike, Larry and Linda.

From start to finish, Michael and his team provided nothing but good advice. I was unclear about cabinet selection, but he offered a wonderful suggestion I hadn't thought of then demonstrated his idea clearly in a rendering of the project. More importantly, this company stands by its products. A hinge on one of the doors failed...and although it had been several years since installation, Michael and a technician stopped by my house to fix it at no charge. Oh-- and we absolutely love our kitchen. I would highly recommend Showcase Cabinetry.
