When we decided to remodel our 22 year old kitchen, we interviewed several contractors then chose William-Jackson. They had previously done the cabinetry work on a 2-bathroom remodel 3-years ago and we appreciated the work they did.
This was a much larger project, but the end result is excellent. We had to redo the tile flooring as it was 22 years old and we had no replacement tiles. Thank heavens! The new floor looks fantastic and really finishes the project.
We are very "hands on" clients and William-Jackson was willing to work with us as we made selection changes and took our time making final decisions. When we asked for a designer to assist with selections, they recommended J-Nine Designs to assist us.
The crews were polite, respectful and very good to work with. The end result is a remodel of our kitchen and much of our home that we are very happy with.,

We are so pleased with our kitchen and bath remodel and highly recommend William Jackson. Mike was our initial contact, and he assisted us in the design phase giving suggestions and guidance. The step-by-step process was thoroughly explained--there were no surprises along the way. Gavin and Ray are master craftsmen which is evident in the finished project. From start to finish, all the workers were considerate and accommodating of our schedule.

As a retired kitchen designer and a former owner of a custom cabinet business, I was very hesitant to hire anyone for my kitchen remodel. So many things can go wrong with kitchen remodels and it can get expensive and time consuming to fix mistakes. I got numerous estimates and chose William Jackson for two reasons: I liked Mike Ambrose, the designer, and I like that the company was locally owned. For once, my gut feeling was right. The design is fabulous, the quality of the cabinets excellent and the installation outstanding. No deadline was missed. They were very accommodating with working around my husband's back surgery schedule.
Gavin and Mike (a different Mike) did the installation, which included electrical and plumbing work. Bill tore out the old cabinets. All of them were always pleasant, punctual, meticulous with the details and kept the mess to a minimum. They cleaned up after themselves when they left each day. They made no mistakes. I wish the employees I had in my cabinet business had done work like this!
I wanted a "Wow!" kitchen and for the first time in my life, I now have one. My kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. Everyone who sees it gasps and then smiles when they first see it. Thank you to everyone at William Jackson. I will be calling William Jackson when we are ready to remodel our Master Bath.
I highly and strongly recommend the William Jackson company. I would attach a photo to this review, but I can't figure out how to attach it!

Friends referred my husband and I to William Jackson for a remodeling project. We have been extremely pleased with the knowledge, quality, timeliness, budget, and willingness to work with us on changes as our project progressed. Everyone involved in the project design, ordering of material, installation has been very pleasant to work with and we look forward to doing additional remodeling with them in the future.

In November of 2014 we purchased a bathroom vanity and a cabinet door from William Jackson, 590 N. Alma School Rd., Ste 8, Chandler, AZ 85224. The salesman extolled the quality of the manufacturer - Elkay(Medallion cabinets) - and if we had any problems, William Jackson would "stand 100% behind anything we sold"! Ambrose urged us to pay by check as he charged a 3% surcharge for credit card purchases. I now know why he wanted a check. With a credit card we have a recourse if the product was deficient, with a check you are out of luck.
When the cabinet was delivered to William Jackson's location, my wife went to make the final payment and asked to inspect the vanity. One of Ambrose's partners told her, "well it is still in the box and you won't be able to look at it".
When our contractor brought the vanity and cabinet door to our house, I was able to inspect it immediately and thoroughly. I have 25+ years as a Quality Control Inspector so I am more than qualified to inspect this vanity.
Both the vanity and cabinet door had quality problems. The vanity had a drawer and drawer slides that were installed improperly. The face on one of the drawers was "bowed" indicating the use of wood that was inferior. Also the doors on the vanity were completely mis-aligned. The wood on the cabinet doors was "gouged" and cracked. The vanity and cabinet door(s) were made out of Cherry. They were allegedly a higher grade and more expensive wood.
On December 3, I called and explained to him in detail the deficiencies with the vanity and cabinet door and asked for William Jackson to correct them under the manufactures and their (William Jackson's) warranty.
I would never recommend William Jackson. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate William Jackson a Zero!
Even when I contacted Elkay Manufacturing after this fiasco, they recommend another vendor in Mesa to use instead of William Jackson. That in itself told me volumes.

We have used this company two times now for major cabinetry work in a kitchen and bathroom in two different homes. We chose to use them the second time because there was no guess work as to the quality and the final product. They are excellent in customer service, very personal and professional, and the job is always done right. Price is consistent with the quality you will receive. WJ set deadlines along the way for construction, demolition, and installation... meeting these each time. We highly recommend them for any project and look forward to working with them again for two more bathrooms, another kitchen, and other custom work.

We recently completed a major remodel to our house. We replaced all cabinets in our kitchen, great room, bar, and bathroom. The cabinets are beautiful, and the workmanship was outstanding.
We went to the showroom to choose what we wanted, and we were able to choose from a wide selection of styles, woods, and finishes. Mike Ambrose gave us all the price options, including some that would have been less than what we chose to do.
When he came to the house to measure and take pictures of the rooms involved, he even made a suggestion regarding a change in the configuration of the existing bar. The change was simple, not costly, and we have had many compliments from those who saw the old style bar versus the new style.
We are thrilled with the beauty and quality of the cabinets that were installed

William Jackson did a great job on our kitchen remodel from start to finish. They guided us through the design process by taking into consideration our wants, needs and budget. Then they added their suggestions and designed a kitchen which was more then we hoped for. The installation was seemless. Even when a cabinet door was found to have a flaw, they took care of the issue and reordered a new door without hesitation They were very patient with our questions throughout the processe and helped with suggestions for plumbing and tile work. We love our new kitchen and have received many complements from family and friends. We highly recommend the team at William Jackson!

From the time Mike Ambrose picked up the phone when I called William Jackson till the time I signed off and paid my final bill, he was respectful and thorough. I sat down in his office with his computer aided rendering of my space with a kitchen that would have made me jealous were it not my own! How did he do that? He knew the questions to ask! He and I had a conversation by phone and in person while he measured my kitchen and bathroom spaces. I hardly realized the conversation led him to the information he needed to design the perfect kitchen and bathroom for me. He saw flaws in my original kitchen that I had never noticed, and corrected them in the new plan. I made only two adjustments to the very first kitchen he planned. It was that perfect! Mike is a great listener, a great studier of space and lifestyle through each person he serves. He is meticulous with details and options. I learned so much from him during this project!
When Bill Clerke, the owner and installer, came to "build" my kitchen space, he was quiet and clean. No loud radio or phone calls in my presence. He never called attention to himself, just put the kitchen together. He only interrupted me if he had a question--and that was seldom because Mike had taken care of so many of the details in the planning process that the construction went smoothly.
I love the new space I have and the options it opens to me. Thanks Mike and Bill!

Commented: wouldn’t the shower tile be slippery?Even though it is a larger tile, the tile itself has a texture/rougher surface that provides grip. Because this project was a couple years ago, I can not recall the tile name or manufacturer.
