We did a complete backyard remodel that included a pool, spa, firepit, kitchen, raised vegi beds, etc. Aimee was brought in as the landscape designer mid-project once our landscape contractor realized that grass wasn't going to work due to the limited space remaining. The landscape contractor was recommending switching to all pavers and we were concerned that it would turn our backyard into a cold concrete world. Aimee produced two different designs for us to choose from. Both designs added a plethora of garden beds to soften the landscape features and really brought out the beauty in our overall layout. My wife and I were trying to create cozy nooks similar to a spa or resort and Aimee helped us create that feel. Take a look at the photos and see for yourself. Aimee has designed both our backyard 2 years ago and recently our front yard. The first time we sat down with Aimee we were amazed at her knowledge of plants, trees and her design ideas. She listened very carefully and gave suggestions and guided us to the most beautiful yards. Aimee is so professional but lovely to work with, you can feel her love and excitement for her work. After making a final choice from her drawings she orders the plants and is there and a big part in the planting and placement of each part of the yard. It was only natural that we hired her for or front yard and we are more than happy and satisfied with her work, our front yard turned out amazing! I live in a corner lot duplex (both sides owner occupied) and worked with Aimee and her assistant, Lei-Lei, to transform the landscape by adding very pretty drought resistant plants and boulders to the planting areas, and slate rocks in the areas bordering the neighboring homes. The landscape area covers the much larger side of the property, which faces a somewhat busy thoroughfare in the neighborhood, and wraps around to the smaller front side of the property, which borders a quieter, less-traveled street. During our initial consultation, Aimee and Lei-Lei spent quite a bit of time helping me pinpoint the specific plants that resonated with my taste. I reviewed many plant photographs while they noted my preferences and dislikes, along with the reasons behind them. Following our meeting, they visited a neighboring property whose landscaping had caught my eye and which I had shared the address for. In a short amount of time, I got a response from Aimee that, based on the above, they understood the aesthetic that I was looking for. Subsequently, we entered into a contract, and the project timeline unfolded fairly seamlessly. Presented with two sets of drawings, I found I was drawn to the second one more and as it was designed - i.e., no plant swaps necessary, etc. Aimee then suggested the name of an amazing landscaper to do the work and I began interacting with him. He was wonderful to work with - his communication was consistently detailed and timely. Upon completion, I found his work to be remarkably thorough and meticulous. The landscape is very pretty. The plants chosen reflect exactly what I was looking for - a blend of plants with different shades of greens and purples, reflecting a peaceful look, but with a little pop, too. Each plant works together to create a cohesive look and complements the other colors in the landscape beautifully. I found Aimee on Houzz based on her recommendations and landscaping photos and am happy to recommend her as well.

Aimee did our backyard and front yard design and the outcome blew us away! From my first meeting with Aimee I could tell it would be a great experience for us. She's very creative, knowledgeable, and listens to what you envision as your oasis you want her to create. She incorporated great design, shapes, large variety of plants, and different materials that showcased our space. She took great care in ensuring the placement of the plants was according to the design. She kept me informed during the entire process and during our meetings solicited feedback on plant selection and placement. Working with Aimee was also great fun. Her spirit, enthusiasm, and commitment to creating a space we can really enjoy comes through in her interactions with me. This was by far the best experience of my project and I would highly recommend Aimee and would definitely work with her again for future projects.

Aimee recently brought her expertise and creativity to our landscaping project in our backyard. First, she is very thorough in offering thoughts and recommendations regarding plants and wanted to know what I loved. From here she chose over 50 plants of a wide range of variety to adorn our yard, while being careful to create a whole array of integrated colors, shapes, and views for a beautiful garden. We wanted a weeping cherry tree and she made the effort to search for the 'right' one. She worked well with our gardener and was always friendly and celebrative of the beauty of nature. We love the outcome!

Aimee is great to work with! Top quality service at a fair price. The scope of our project was large and Aimee spent the time to go over all of the details during the planning and execution. She saw our project all the way through from beginning to end while providing insight, advice and guidance the entire way. No job too small for Aimee and her team!! We have a smallish front yard and no landscaper would touch it!! Guess it wasn't worth their time. A friend recommended Aimee, and she was a Godsend! We wanted a drought tolerant landscape. I just told her my color preferences and she instinctively knew what I would Love!! She showed me beautiful pictures of plants, and scale drawing, The best I've ever seen! Aimee, the designer, Nick, the landscaper, and the sweet man who did the planting, were amazing to work with! While we were slightly hesitant to hire Aimée at first (because she was charging so much less than other people we had contacted) we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. Our backyard is beautiful thanks to Aimée's design and her relationship with a wonderful landscaper that we used. I would recommend Aimée to anyone, but especially to someone that needs a guiding hand. My wife and I really only had a vague idea of what we wanted in our back yard. Aimee's design for my corner lot is perfect. My new yard includes everything I asked for and many plants I didn't know would thrive in our area. She worked with the installation crew to locate every plant in just the right place to add color and textures. The lovely design continues to draw positive comments from my friends and neighbors.
