Archiverde Landscape Architecture

We hired Archiverde to redesign our backyard, including adding a new pool, remodeling our back porch, adding an outdoor grilling station, and landscape. We also used Archiverde to oversee the construction phase of our project. Bill and his team did an excellent job and I would highly recommend Archiverde. Bill was easy to work with - very personable, highly responsive, provided excellent feedback and advice, managed sub-contractors well, has a terrific eye for design, and was a great overall lead on our project.

Bill Bibb of Archiverde provided our superb and interesting landscape design that includes new hardscape, plants, drainage, and lighting. After helping to evaluate landscape companies and their bids, he provided daily and effective oversight of the actual installation. Bill first listened to our needs and ideas in an initial meeting. What delights us in the end are the multiple and creative interesting points of view, and the variety of plant color and texture from both inside and outside the house. Archiverde led by Bill Bibb designed the most beautiful and luxurious pool in our small space-challenged backyard. It feels like a luxury resort now!! We recently moved into a new home that required a lot of updating both on the interior and exterior. Bill and his team at Archiverde were by far the best team we have worked with on our renovation project. First, the plans Bill drew for our project were exactly what we wanted and required little to no changes from us. He understood what we were looking for and executed a beautiful design for our Santa Barbara style home from the onset. We also engaged Archiverde to manage the project, which was a fantastic decision. Bill’s relationship with the various contractors we hired (pool reno, landscaping, drainage, iron work, stone masonry, etc) is a priceless advantage as each stage of the project was completed with the highest quality. Bill always ensured we were getting exactly what was in the plan and that it was the best work from each contractor, otherwise it would be redone to our specifications. Finally, Bill came by in person and was present every day on our project to oversee and sign off on the work. We highly recommend Archiverde if you are looking for both high quality design and five star project management, they are a wonderful team to work with.
