We have used Courtland Landscape for various projects over the last 5 years and we couldn't be happier with their professionalism, quality of work, and promptness in completing each project. Lance is wonderful to work with and really listens to his clients in creating beautiful landscaping for their homes. He did the landscaping and hardscape for our pool, and helped us select the exact stone and design that worked beautifully with our natural surroundings. We recently called him in to help repair something our builder had built improperly and he not only improved the slope and drainage of the area, but he left it looking more beautiful than the original. Additionally, he is excellent at staying on budget and within the promised timeframe. I would highly recommend Courtland Landscape.

We recently completed a major project with Courtland Landscape and could not be more pleased. When we started our project we had a very steep grade in our backyard and questioned whether we would even use it. We worked with Lance and he created a beautiful living area for us, from design to implementation. Lance and his team transformed an unusable space into an outdoor living beyond our expecectations. Lance was very responsive and professional. We changed our mind a few times he was always patient and able to come up with creative solutions. Often times better than what we were asking for. We can't wait until it warms up and we can spend more time outside in our beautiful living space.

I had Courtland Landscape Architecture to design and build a full backyard environment for our home. It include a stone paver walkway with grass surround, stone columns, extended natural stone patio work, an outdoor kitchen, oversized substantial pergola in cedar, innovative stonework for an outdoor built in hot tub look, and complicated and beautiful outdoor landscape lighting - all integrated with timers and existing home lighting. My experience was excellent! Lance created a beautiful design, maintaining a design aesthetic that exceeded my own ideas and standards. I trusted his design judgement completely. 100% first class. HIs team of craftsmen (and that's exactly what they are) were simply the best available in Atlanta and took extreme pride in their work. Never rushed - always done the right way. The results were stunning. And he has backed up his work without reservation when follow up was needed. This was a high-end project that couldn't let down the main house, and he absolutely delivered. I wouldn't hesitate to engage him again if I had an important project that had to be done right... and done with flair.

horrible at communication. very good at saying they are going to do one thing and not doing it. thankfully we moved on to another company after not hearing back from them for 3 weeks, because once they did respond they still had not done what they promised. you would think when we are trying to get a quote and spend money with them that they would have better customer service.
