We hired Lisa to design our landscaping for a new house near the beach. Since we were using reclaimed water from our property in addition to city water to maintain the plants, we needed plants that were highly salt-tolerant as well as drought-tolerant. Lisa was very good at recommending plants that would be hardy in those conditions. She was also willing to make changes to her original plan to accommodate our tastes.

Lisa was an unbelievable resource and helped us achieve our landascape goals to define our space. She was great to work with and has an extremely creative mind. We loved working with Lisa and look forward to working with her on future projects!

We have been looking for a home in the Del Mar area for over ten years. We finally found a house but a tear down. The landscape design for this lot was a huge challenge as it was an irregularly shaped flag lot. After interviewing four other designers for the job, Lisa had the vision, expertise and personality to receive the job. She created a beautiful design- keeping in mind environmental (sustainability), aesthetic and architectural concerns. Lisa is very knowledgeable about the almost exhaustive variety of plantings, hardscape and outdoor products that complement and enhance the overall design. She also assisted in obtaining bids for the construction of the design and overall construction supervision. We would be more than happy to recommend her or use her again for another project.
