Craig, Andy and team did a phenomenal job with our project. From the beginning, they were professional, on time, kept us within our budget, and listened to our requests. They were also extremely flexible – if we wanted to change a detail, Powell listened, tried to incorporate it into the overall design and gave their honest opinion. Overall, you can really tell they have a passion for what they do and it comes through in their work. While Powell may not necessarily be the cheapest bid, given the quality of work and overall experience, it’s WELL worth it. We really couldn’t be happier with the end result and look forward to spending time in our new backyard!

Powell Landscape Architecture was recommended to us by a neighbor who had used the company and was very pleased w/the work. Our particular problem was flooding in our backyard coming into the den of our home. This flooding had happened 4 times! And we had tried many other solutions w/no success. Craig and his crew met the difficult challenge of helping us! They were able to solve our flooding problems and give us peace of mind during Austin's flash flood situations!! This work was done in fall of 2015. Another phase of work was done for us in spring 2016 which involved rock work and making our swale/flooding solution more useful and pleasant to the eye. Craig is very professional, honest, creative, and trustworthy. He really cares about helping his clients and solving their problems in a timely and cost effective way. Highly recommend him. Our two projects are lumped together in below project cost.

Powell Landscape did a fantastic job on our outdoor project. They helped redesign our entire front and back yard. They built and outdoor grill/patio and installed artificial turf. The project was done in a timely manner and we were very pleased with the attention to detail. Lastly, the crew that worked on our job was amazing- we would highly recommend them.

Andy did a fantastic job meeting our every request for a contemporary landscape that also provided us with three additional parking spaces and minimal plantings. Powell landscape team did an amazing job on our remodel. They drew and supervised the project very closely. The process took a several months due to its scale (demolishing the old pool, building a new one, hardscape, and landscaping) and they were intimately involved in all stages . The follow-up was impeccable. The team is very detail oriented, and they understood and effectively crystallized our wishes. I highly recommend their services.

Craig did an outstanding renovation of my courtyard. It was a complete transformation from an eyesore into an elegant living space expansion and majestic entryway for my guests. Craig and his team listened to what I wanted, created an idea board, and provided options that would meet my budget. Craig had a great team on site that were always pleasant and professional through the journey. I am very pleased with the quality of the construction work. When there were material problems from a supplier he corrected it without my having to ask. And he continues to check in with me to ensure the lighting and irrigation systems are all functioning as installed. I highly recommend Craig and his team.

I hired Powell Landscape Architecture to do a complete revamping of the landscaping on my lot. It was a delight to collaborate with Craig on concepts and he was very open to incorporating my ideas. Once we got to execution, his crew was top-notch. They really care about the details - the quality of the plants, the irrigation, the lighting. I liked working with them so much I now have them come back for monthly maintenance. I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of the great work they did! Even my ex-husband was impressed with my landscaping and, as a result, hired Powell for a job at his home as well.

We have used Powell Landscape on two projects, at 2 different residences. The first project invovled new patio and some landscaping. Second project invovled landscaping and erosion control. Powell Landscape provided outstanding designs, efficient service, met deadlines and was eager to finish the jobs to our satisfaction. Customer service is their priority. Powell Landscape met if not exceeded our expectations.

Powell Landscape Architecture was hired to plant and design orchard in our back yard. All the work was done as advertised, and in a timely manner. The hydromulch did not seed in the outlying areas, and we requested a refund for this which we received. My only complaint was that it took longer than we expected to get the refund.
