We are design build firm that starts the process with conversations about what our client wants and needs in their space. We put together design plans, planting plans, and other visuals as needed for each project. These master plans are then put into the installation phase. We are comfortable installing plans in phases as needed per our client's budget. Some projects take several phases to complete the overall design and that is ok with us.

Every thing about working with Rain Lily was great. This is the second project they have done for me and I could not be happier. Excellent quality designs, and construction. Their crew comes in and knocks out work really quickly. Everything was done on time and completed as agreed. They were very helpful and accommodating when I asked to make changes mid project also. The Rain Lily team completely transformed our formerly formidable property, removing a massive wrap-around cement retaining wall to create a welcoming and beautiful space. There was a lot of heavy equipment involved, and many work days, but I've worked with several contractors on large jobs and Rain Lily was by far the most considerate crew - not only did they do an amazing job, but they never left any debris, trash, etc. behind at the end of the day. When you're living in a what is essentially a construction zone, this is priceless. In addition to the heavy work of completely restructuring our hill-side property, they took care to select plants which not only looked wonderful but, once established, have required a minimal amount of watering. We've had a great working relationship since the beginning and Rain Lily always delivers, whether it be custom-crafted iron and woodwork, or selecting the perfect materials to really bring everything together. They do our season maintenance, too, and have kept our gardens stunning and vibrant. Michelle is the best!

Rain Lily did a beautiful transformation of our yard. The project involved total excavation, installation of a new irrigation system, construction of a deck and patio space, new sod, plants, etc. The design was creative and incorporated the needs of our family (including a toddler and two dogs); the project management was top notch; the crew was friendly and hard-working. While not cheap, Rain Lily was transparent on all pricing and worked with us on areas where we could save or stage work. We're so pleased with the result that we look forward to working with Rain Lily to continue maintenance on our space as the landscaping fills in!

Rain Lily was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very responsive/easy to reach, flexible with adjusting designs/plans as we went along, and got the work completed on time. We've just wrapped up phase 1 of a multi-phase drainage and landscaping project. This phase involved solving a major drainage issue with the potential to affect our foundation by connecting our gutter downspouts to underground pipes that would carry the water out to the street. Once that was complete. Rain Lily put in a large new patio for us using concrete pavers. They also removed a couple trees and did a lot of ground prep work to prepare for the next phase (which will involve lots of planting and irrigation). Not having any prior experience with this kind of work, I feel as if they were a tad on the expensive side. However, it was worth it because 1) they were literally the only company to even respond to my request for info (out of nearly 10 vendors I contacted) and 2) they were so easy to work with and the completed work is such high quality.

Our new yard is gorgeous and we couldn't me more pleased with the service we received. After having a house taken down to the studs we were living in mud somedays and dust on the days the sun had baked the sogginess into grit. They took into account our need to get our dog out of the new house and into a grassy yard ASAP and they made it happen. We had deadlines to meet and they met them with tireless devotion to the project. Plus, the result is beautiful and we're happy to no longer be a neighborhood eyesore.

One of the best experiences ever! Kim and Meredith listened to what we wanted, came back with a design and plan within our budget and were wonderful to work with. They took care of all the details and the subs that came to our home were all professional and talented. They transformed our plain backyard into a peaceful oasis with fountain, pergola, deck, and beautiful plants!
