We love our profession! Creating beautiful outdoor living spaces for our clients is very enjoyable for us. Owners Mike & Jake Hueners are a father and son team with over 30 years of experience. Bluestone is by far the worst landscaping company our town-home association has ever worked with. They never showed up for work. They billed us for work not completed. They never completed the work they said they had and on and on. You can't speak with them directly. No one ever answers your email. Think twice before hiring this company!

We have had Bluestone for three years. The first two years they were impeccable. This past year it has been a nightmare. We never know when or if they are going to show up for our weekly grass mowing or what day. We have hired them to do extra landscaping and cleanup for us and they don’t maintain what they have done. It’s like we threw our money away for a quick fix. We call or email about issues and may or may not get a reply. This year this company has left us with a bad taste in our mouths. Really bad communication from the supervisor and when he replies it’s always our fault/problem. When we have had a issue we just have to wait until they are back in Louisville since this company is out of Lexington. We are very disappointed in the service we received this year.

I am a newer customer of this landscape business. The workmanship is VERY poor amongst the crews. There have been muliple times they did not show up for my weekly service, nor did they call to let me know they would not be coming. When I call to reschedule the boss tells me he will send out his crew the next day, only for no one to show up. This company is NOT reliable.
