We contacted Carolina Creations to install our pool after hearing about their fantastic work on Oak Island. Art (Sensitive Information Hidden) came to our home, listened to our vision and made our dream become reality. Art expedited the engineering and laid out our course of action. He was in constant communication and was also instrumental in securing our permit from the town. Upon completion, it was clear that Art’s conception far exceeded our expectations. Eric Alderman, our project manager, whom we got to know quite well was involved with every aspect of the pool installation, from the excavation to turning the system over to us. Eric’s responsiveness, follow-up and communication is second to none! It is clear Eric truly cares about customer service. I also must mention Daniel, who oversaw the landscaping, and the entire office staff with whom dealt. We highly recommend Carolina Creations for their exemplary staff and outstanding results!

I ground pool and spa look like a million dollars. Construction was on time and on budget and Kirk my project mgr worked seamlessly with our pool cage and gas line installers. Awesome job.

Carolina Creations installed an 8'x8' spa in our IPE deck in our new home. They provided the very best in pool equipment (Hayward) and performed a very professional installation. We love the look and functionality of the spa and use it all the time. When the pump did not restart after an electrical outage several months after installation, Project Manager Eric Alderman came over to reset everything working with the Hayward representative. Great after sale support!

Carolina Creations designed and built our concrete pool with a waterfall feature at the same time our forever home was being built and we couldn’t be more pleased. Art Miller and his team was a pleasure to work with, stuck to their timeline and was always in communication with us. Art Miller and his entire staff did an outstanding job with our back yard renovation that included a beautiful custom designed shotcrete pool, raised patio renovation and extensive landscaping. We simply could not be more pleased with the results. Our house was six years old when we started the project in 2021 and Art and his team designed everything to compliment it. The whole project was seamless. We wanted to work with one general contractor for all three phases of the renovation, and Carolina Creations was the perfect project manager. Art’s design skills and creativity helped us make the right decisions every step of the way. He never pushed us down a path we didn’t want to go but guided us and expanded on our initial thoughts. Ryan Grist oversaw construction and did a great job thanks to his experience and focus on quality control. All laborers were professional, courteous, efficient and always on time. They obviously enjoy their trade, and they are really good at it. Budgeting was spot on for the entire project and construction was only delayed a couple of weeks due to poor weather. Carolina Creation started the project in March, and we were swimming in late June - complete with renovated patio and phenomenal landscaping. The pool looks as if it was built with the house - a natural compliment that enhances the appearance of the property rather than looking like an afterthought. It’s our own mini resort in our back yard. Carolina Creations was everything we expected of a general contractor…excellent designers, builders and trouble shooters who worked with our concepts and within our budget. Even months later, I feel confident I can call Ryan for a refresher course on how the equipment works, or to trouble shoot any issue. Daniel Page did such a great job with the landscape design/installation that we hired their maintenance team to manage our entire yard going forward. I’d recommend Carolina Creations in an instant…they aren’t inexpensive, but they provide excellent quality and superb value.

As promised, Carolina Creations delivered the best service around. We can’t say enough about how easy it was to work with Art and his team. We have been working with Scott Schmitt of Carolina Creations since July 2020 to build a backyard retreat including a pool, landscaping and outdoor kitchen. The entire process from the past 9 months with Scott and all the project managers (Eric and Daniel) has been professional and hassle-free! We know that Carolina Creations is in high demand with multiple projects going on simultaneously but we never felt like a number. The team treated our project with the utmost importance and professionalism. The communication from Scott and the project managers was always prompt and accurate. If they said the crew was going to be on site on a specific day, they were on site working hard. Carolina Creations handling all of the separate projects made everything seamless. The attention to detail and planning from digging the hole for the pool to laying all the lines for the sprinklers and advising on the gas line etc. made all the difference. They made sure we had the right foundation to build on when adding each layer of the project. In addition, they submitted all of the documentation, CAD drawings, and pictures to the Architectural Review Committee for approval. Katie made the pool sparkle and set us up for success with teaching us about all of the pool equipment and maintenance. Every team member who was working on our project was courteous, friendly and did an awesome job! I wish I had all of their names so I could recognize them properly. We are beyond pleased with our backyard retreat and it turned out better than we imagined! It looks like a resort! The creativity and guidance through the entire project created exactly what we wanted. We have done many home improvement projects with our several moves to different states throughout the years and working with Carolina Creations by far has been the BEST experience!
