KS Pools and Patios

I have to say, these guys are the best. They are clean, show up everyday and will not leave the job until it is completed. At the end of every work day, they clean up the area and put all tools away. All paver lines are straight. They are protectionists! I would highly recommend Cypress Holdings LLC for any work you need done!

Cesar and Cypress Holdings Group began working on grading and seeding my yard in June of 2020 and as of June 2021 the project has yet to be properly completed. The grading done has caused pooling around the yard , directly around my home and under my shed. The improper grading is not only frustrating but the pooling killed the seeds of grass and resulted in large patches throughout the yard. Over the year I have had multiple site visits and endless emails which have resulted in no resolution. I am being told that the grading has been properly completed yet water is pooling around my home and now under my shed and in various locations creating patches throughout my yard.
