I have the highest praise and offer the highest endorsement for Rob and his team. They completed a big project in my backyard, which involved stone retaining walls, granite steps, a walkway, a patio, stone fireplace, pergola, small basketball court, some landscaping, and lighting. Rob was fantastic about helping me bring my vision to life and figuring out what would work in a fairly small space that needed to be leveled and graded in order for everything to work. He helped with all of the planning and even coordinated parts of the project that were outside of his scope like the pergola and basketball court. He and his team are professional, talented, detail oriented, friendly, and responsive. I'm thrilled with the outcome and will share pictures come spring!

When we first hired Rob and his team, we had a vision of what we wanted but had not thought it through. Rob was able to take us through the process so we knew he understood our vision and we were comfortable. We were looking to enhance our living space in two distinct areas of the home with stone work that resembled certain interior wall facades we fell in love with while vacationing in Canada and Europe. We were able to share some photos and explain what we loved about them. The spacing of the stone was not something you typically see in the US — it was not on trend. What we learned in working with Rob is that he is a stone ARTIST, where every placement is thought out by shape and color and spacing. We can tell you that he FAR EXCEEDED our expectations and we could not begin to say ENOUGH about his professionalism and craftsmanship. Every day that he worked we came home to a spotless environment. He was ALWAYS punctual and in communication. Just superb. A hundred thumbs up!

I have known Rob Keim for a number of years in a professional setting and that is what he is and has always been - professional. He has a great eye for detail and problem solving. When I bought my new home, I had a small project but I really wanted Rob's expertise. We had to remove part of an old cement driveway to widen it and put up a retaining wall. I was sure the cobblestone that would replace a portion of the cement would always look 'funny', but he got it just right and it seems like it was always there and intentional. We love it! He has a great crew and they are always polite, respectful and professional, too. I have never hesitated to recommend Rob's work!

Rob did a spectacular job building a dozen columns in a large, busy, open conference center. The work is beautiful and is noticed and commented on by our guests frequently. This was a very hard job to execute because the conference center remained open and busy so the work area had to be very small, had to be shielded from guests, and the work had to be done quietly and without any mess. real stone looks so much better than the cultured panel stone you frequently see in interior applications. Very easy to work with. Job done on time and on budget. Exceptional!

The Keim Family did an absolutely excellent job on our new retaining wall, steps and patio area. The work was all done when we were out of town on vacation and progress photos were messaged to us which was so exciting. I also bid the project out to multiple contractors and pricing was right in line. The exciting part was it even came in a bit under budget. Very trustworthy and reputable company that I cannot say enough good things about!

We had Keim Landscaping excavate, put down new loam and seed in our front and back yard. They put down a new patio to blend with our existing deck and added a natural walkway to it. He also ripped up and rebuilt the front walkway and redid the tops of our brick entry stairs. They reshaped some mulch areas and created new ones, then refilled them. Rob listened to our wish list along with our budget constraints. He offered cost effective ways to get what we wanted and remain in budget. His team was efficient, tidy, and very respectful of being in close quarters in our yard and our neighbors'. It was a wet spring, so they had a lot of work backed up. It seemed like it took a while for us to get into the queue, but it was definitely worth waiting for! We've gotten so many compliments and we're actually looking forward to the spring this year, simply to not look at brown grass, weeds, and a mud bowl!

Dishonest. I hired Rob to build a walkway and prepare landscaping beds in front of a new home. He required 1/3 down to retain his service, 1/3 when he began and 1/3 when he finished. He finished the brick walkway just before winter and asked that I pay him the final payment because most of the cost was in the walkway. He promised he would come back in the spring and finish the job. He seemed reasonable so I gave him the money. He never came back and would not return my calls in the spring. Because he never filled in the margins around the walkway, the plastic retainers have shifted and popped up. It looks like an amateur installed the walkway and I have attempted to landscape in front of the house where he didn't(which also looks amateurish but I now have trust issues with contractors. THIS PERSON IS NOT HONEST AND DIDN'T FINISH THE JOB..

Rob Keim did an excellent job - creative design, on-time and within budget execution, and a quality finished product that looks even better 2 years later! They designed and constructed my patio extension, built granite steps in my multi-level backyard, relocated existing shrubs, improved some drainage, and put in new plantings that are doing well two years on.

We have engaged Keim Landscaping for extensive regrading, walkway and patio construction, and re-construction of a gravel driveway at our lake house. We are still early in the project, which will be completed in the spring. Rob Keim has been very easy to deal with. He's been responsive to our questions and requests for information, as well as clear about setting expectations. His site work subcontractor was also easy to deal with. Rob seems to be very interested in matching our aesthetic preferences and we're looking forward to continuing to work with him.
