Marti Neely, APLD

Marti Neely, APLD is the principal of Marti Neely Design and Associates, a design studio which specializes in residential landscape design. Services are available directly to clients or on a contract basis to landscape professionals. She is a nationally certified landscape designer through the Association of Professional Landscape Designers. Well known in the landscape and design communities for both her design work and her leadership in the profession, Marti has been actively involved on the national and state levels promoting the certification and professionalism of landscape designers. Degrees in Fine Art and Sociology with additional studies in Horticulture has given Marti the tools to design landscape gardens that speak to the needs of each individual client and the site. She continues her education by attending design and landscape conferences on a regular basis thru out the United States. Marti looks for design influences in all areas, striving to bring exceptional detail and attention to all her projects. “By visiting gardens in person I am able to immerse myself into the environment in a way that is just not possible by any other means. Looking at photos cannot give you the same depth of information. There is nothing quite as magical as being in a well-designed garden. That is the experience I bring back to my clients and place into my work.”
