Another excellent situation assessment and on-time and on-budget project completed: Michael Nachlerio and team have worked on extensive drainage projects successfully in the past. As our patio needed to be properly pitched to direct rainwater towards drive way and bricks replaced, it was an easy decision to hire Michael again. Michael quickly assessed the situation, crafted a plan of action, coordinated with another contractor the rising of the entry door into the garage, and with his team completed the job on-time and on budget. We could not be happier with our experience and recommend Michael Nachlerio to anyone with Landscape and Drainage Projects. Michael’s work speaks for itself.

Michael and his team were exceptional. In addition to being on time, cleaning up after finishing the job and finishing on time, they answered any questions we had, listened to any suggestions we made and best of all by the time they were done it looked absolutely beautiful. Michael Naclerio did both drainage work and landscaping for us and we could not be happier. He is a professional who actually shows up when he says he will and he pays attention to detail. Michael Naclerio is a five-star contractor. He has done a great deal of work for us over the past several years, including: landscaping, masonry, water-mitigation and asphalt work on our parking lot. Michael came out to give us an estimate for our drainage and landscaping project. It was great to have a contractor actually call you back and communicate with us. We had an agreed contract. Company was a no-show for the contracted work, didn't return my call, and didn't respond to my email until my wife called them out on it. Very unprofessional conduct, would not recommend.

My husband and I first hired Michael Naclerio and his team a few years ago to solve a big problem: a flooded basement. As new homeowners, we were worried and disappointed to find water in the basement every time we got heavy rain--and we were bummed to have to spend money on something unplanned and not outwardly visable. But when we met Mike, he eased our worries and actually made the idea of fixing drainage fun! He answered all of our questions and provided a great folder with references and customer information. His team installed a sump pump and french drain -- they were total professionals and we NEVER saw a drop of water out of place again. We always kept in touch and thanked him when it poured, because it felt great to know the investment was beyond worth it and we didn't have to worry about damage. In fall 2020, we worked with Mike on creating a beautiful foundation garden bed. He is a rare combo of artist and hands-on expert!! He knows so much about plants, cares deeply about aesthetic, and he has a great eye. He listened and did a careful balancing act with all of my requests (deer-resistant, low maintenance, beautiful, good for bees, etc). He was extremely busy but he welcomed my involvement and participation, taking time to educate me on what I needed to know. As a woman who is very often dismissed by contractors, I really appreciate that he is never patronizing and shares information in a constructive way. He drew up a plan and we bought all the plants together to guarantee no surprises, and his team again was again so professional, safe with equipment, and thorough with cleanup. My toddler had a blast watching them excavate and plant, and they are just friendly, professional people that make things easy by doing a great job. Mike has also done spring cleanup and some maintanence for us, and his team always does thorough work!

Michael Naclerio and his crew have consistently delivered excellent results and creative solutions. From solving a tricky drainage problem plaguing an inherited patio to planting a new landscape surrounding our home, Naclerio Inc does it all. He was very professional and did a great job! His price was very reasonable and I would recommend him to a friend.

I spent months meeting with landscapers and couldn't pull the trigger because I just didn't find the right fit for price, a vision that I agreed with, and someone that I trusted. So glad I waited until I met with Michael. He was exactly who I was looking for to completely landscape our front yard and back yard. He had great suggestions but welcomed my input. We went to the nursery together so I could point out plants that I liked, and he made additional recommendations. The job was completed when he said it would be, and he came back a couple of times to check on the plants. We planted late summer/early fall, so I haven't seen the new landscaping in full bloom - can't wait! Highly recommend!

Mike has done work in our garden for many years, planting trees and bushes, building and fixing stone walks and stairs and generally making it look great.
