Outdoor Innovations Landscaping

We chose Outdoor Innovations for our pool landscaping project this summer, 2024. They were recommended by Prestige Pools (who was building our pool), but we still met and got proposals from 3 other landscaping companies. Asher was hands down the most responsive and professional. Communication throughout the project was our biggest request & Asher was always quick to call back or text on what’s next, logistics and changes. Another big consideration was how knowledgeable Asher was about ensuring the function and future of the backyard layout: drain tile planning, electrical spots for future hook ups, etc. It really took the stress away from us & ensured we’d enjoy the layout for years to come. We wanted a more natural feel to the landscaping (less modern). They really created a beautiful look for us with different elevations, a paver patio around the pool, fire pit, boulder work & flowers. They communicated seamlessly with Prestige on the pool excavation & worked together on each step. Their team was always on time, respectful and effective. Asher stopped by several times to check the progress of the project. Honestly, we appreciated his straight forward attitude. It felt like we were working with a friend. This project was a huge investment for us. We are thrilled with how it turned out & are finally enjoying our backyard with family and friends. 2019 (Project in Construction- SW Minneapolis). After much research and going through the process of interviewing and getting proposals with all of the top companies to find the best for both quality of work and price, we contracted with Outdoor Innovations. Our experience to date has been everything you want it to be- in terms of communication, follow through and execution. See pictures of the project from before, to underway beginning August 21. We worked with Outdoor Innovations adding a pool to our sloped yard last spring. I can't say enough about what a great experience this was, Asher helped us translate our vague idea into a vision and a plan. The project moved along smoothly and on schedule. Asher worked with us where we wanted changes and did a great job communicating. All of the people we dealt with on their crews were very professional and friendly. Great to work with, quality work & very professional. They were reasonably priced (not most or least expensive). We chose them because of their knowledge & skill w/ hardscaping & outdoor kitchens. Also because they really got the entertaining experience we were trying to create and made great suggestions to bring that to life, both big and small. Throughout the project, they demonstrated a commitment to quality work, getting it right and customer satisfaction (even driving 12 hours to pick up custom brick facing that the supplier mis-shipped!). They fulfilled the vision and intention 100%. There were no surprises of change orders or "that will cost you extra". I hate the experience of being nickle-and-dimed, and was thrilled that was never the case working with Outdoor Innovations. In fact, we needed to put off landscaping a path behind the kitchen as we had reached our max budget and they lay down paver stones to make it functional, at no cost... Really generous. The crew was so skilled, polite, and exceptionally professional. They took pride in their work. The quality of the work as we live with it day after day is noticeable. I can't say enough good things about the great group we worked with. Most importantly, we love the end product. The experience we were looking to create with our outdoor space is a reality well beyond our expectations. And I truly don't believe that would have been the case had we not worked with Outdoor Innovations. We will use them again!!.

I've used a number of landscaping companies for projects over the years and none provided the level of responsiveness, professionalism, innovative design, and quality of outcomes that Outdoor Innovations provided. Asher an his team coordinated out entire pool installation, pool house construction, fence, and landscaping work with flawless execution last year.
