Hedef Aydınlatma

I had been looking for some Ottoman Style Wall lamps and discovered Hedef on Houzz. They have an extensive range on their website and very quick to reply to any inquiries right through to delivery of my chosen product. The product I received was just as beautiful as what was displayed on the website. Classy, elegant and simple to install. I could not recommend them enough. Seren Katal was amazing. She was so patient and knowledgeable. I had found some beautiful lights for my bathroom remodel from Hedef Aydinlatma; but, couldn’t quite figure out how to order them. Seren was very meticulous and guided me, to make sure I was ordering specifically what I needed and wanted. The lights arrived in Denver, Colorado, USA in pristine condition. The lights they were truly the most beautiful lights (hand-blown glass) that I had ever seen. The quality was exceptional as well as aesthetically exquisite. The regular US bulbs fit perfectly and I ordered the candelabra light bulb converters for $8. To be honest the price for them was far less than I would have paid for them. I love the floor lamp so much as soon as I finish my bathroom renovations, I am ordering my mom and sister one - of course from Seren Katal. Thank you so much Seren for everything!. I purchased a set of 12 brass sconces and ceiling fixtures from Hedef and would absolutely recommend their lighting products. The quality of their lamps is excellent, and they constructed the fixtures with the proper sockets for US-size bulbs. Two of the lamps had cracks in the acrylic, and Ediz was very helpful and quick to ship the replacement parts. Great folks to work with, and beautiful products that will add character to your home.

We ordered a beautiful lamp from Hedef Aydinlatma. (Istanbul) Although we were a bit wary about sending money that far and hoping to receive our lamp (in San Diego), we had no reason to be. Everything worked out wonderfully. I emailed the company many times. Although there was a lag time of 1-2 weeks for their response, I was just grateful for the communications. We made our decisions, used Pay Pal, and received the lamp within 2 weeks of our final payment. It arrived without any problems or breakage, was easy to install, and looks as good as we thought it would. If you would like a unique, colorful, and gorgeous light fixture, use Hedef Aydinlatma. They were great to work with.

I just received two beautiful Ottoman style lamp fixtures from Hedef Aydınlatma and I cannot be happier with my purchase. Working with Ediz has been a pleasure as he was very knowledgeable of his products and provided prompt responses via e-mail. My lamps are great quality and would probably sell for triple the price at luxury stores in New York City. I have never ordered something over seas before and it was easier than I thought! I found HEDEF ELEKTRİK very responsive, when seeking a quote, dimensions, shipping costs and tracking information. My product arrived just as I imagined, from looking at their website. I would purchase from them again and I am in the process of making another selection. The turkish lamps I purchased, made the room stunning. With the red color and light reflecting on the walls and ceiling, they were definitely a conversation piece!
