Now with two 15,000 sq. ft. showrooms, we try to show our clients a full array of products in our respective industries in a relaxed atmosphere. We are also committed to service with 23 service techs on the road as well as a 12-person call center for product issues. We want to help make your life easier! I was highly disappointed with both the first attempt at delivery and installation through Yale. Delivery of our refrigerator was not done correctly, just dropped off rather than having it leveled and set up as we were told would happen. The installation of the Microwave Drawer and Range was unattended and we had to continue to call Yale for support and service to find out when it was going to happen and what the plan was. Although the products are good, and in the end, after lots of complaints to customer service, things worked out, this was indeed one of the least pleasant experiences we've had during our home renovation.

I bought Whrilpool electric double oven and a Samsung two door refrigerator problems with both only 3 years old. 3 different service guys came out and 3 different problems with refrigerator. The oven needs a new control panel over $700.00.

Just had our new Bosch dishwasher installed by Yale. Danilo and Marco were terrific: arrived on time, friendly, helpful and very experienced. They took out our old dishwasher and had the new one in and working in less than an hour. This is why we have gone to Yale for 20+ years! The best!

After dealing with Sears warranty customer service for more than 3 months to find a replacement part for a samsung dishwasher, we decided to move on and get a new machine. Yale not only had the Bosch dishwasher we wanted in stock (when no one else did), it was able to be delivered in a very short time. The follow up via text and the ETA of the installer was an excellent touch. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

I will never buy an appliance from any other dealer but Yale. From sales to installation to service, their employees are top notch. The best! Today I had an old refrigerator removed an a new one installed, and Eric and his crew in Truck #10 were amazing. They arrived early, prepped the area, and were careful to wipe their feet every time they had to come in or out (which I would not have cared about at all!). Then they battled with the old fridge which was not cooperative, yet they were patient and professional and pleasant the entire time. (Had my husband and I been on the job, we would have been swearing and yelling at each other!) The new fridge was much easier to deal with, but they stayed until they were satisfied it had been installed perfectly and walked me through its features. I just can't say enough about how nice these young STRONG men are! I'm sure it comes from the top down - Yale must train and treat them well - and they also do a great job of hiring good guys. Thank you!!

Yale is an exceptional business. From the very start when we visited the showroom and met our salesman, to the finish when the products were delivered to our new home, the entire process was seamless, efficient, and inspiring! Choosing our major appliances was simplified by watching Yale's excellent videos that compared explained all the many lines they carry. Our sales person was patient, knowledgable, and easy to work with. Yale arranged delivery to our home which is way out of their usual range for delivery. I am so very impressed with how everything worked out!

I recently purchased my entire kitchen of appliances from Yale. I changed my mind as to brand and models several times. The sales staff was outstanding, patient and very accommodating. Delivery was right on time, in fact a little early. It was a difficult second floor delivery that was handled flawlessly.

Ever since I had Yale service our Samsung Refrigerator which was purchased at Best Buy and got the run-a-round from Samsung about coming to fix it (computer affected by several power outages) and told me it would be a week or 2 to come out and it would be "Dish Satellite" coming to repair!?? I immediately called Yale from a referral and the service was swift and professional- plus the technician told us to purchase a power surge to avoid going forward- thank you! Hence, we will buy all of our appliances from Yale- and as we just recently purchased our new dishwasher from Yale, the entire process was outstanding. Dan and Cris were amazing team during installation- just great, honest, friendly guys who represent Yale perfectly, BRAVO!
