I have worked with Bill for 20+ years and have always had a good experience with his company. His audio video designs are practical, user friendly and easy to operate.

We used Media Design to design and install our media system in our showroom. It is beautiful and gives us the Wow effect we were looking for. Bill and Mark were very professional and followed our job from start to finish. When we decided to add additional media equipment mid-way, they accommodated the change easily. We keep their cards in our showroom as we have had so many complements on their work.

We used Media Design to set up our whole office network and phone system when we moved. They coordinated it all so we did not lose any settings. They worked quickly and efficiently getting it done on a weekend (just after Christmas) so my office did not have any downtime. The guys sent out were courteous of our time and very professional. I highly recommend Media Design and will use them again.

I used Media Design years ago for purchasing and installing our Surround Sound, replacement tv, replacement receiver, and later on, a new Sonus system. We have never been sorry. We have not had any trouble with any of these items. We did have an issue with Comcast and were getting nowhere with them fixing the problem. Even though it was a Comcast issue, we called MDI out and they quickly fixed it. I have found them to be prompt and professional. The equipment is top notch. I felt their service guys were honest and left them alone in my house without one concern. Their prices are excellent for the quality service. I won't call out any one else. I wish all businesses were run with this much customer satisfaction.
