We were very impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of work. From day 1, they were very prepared, listened to our needs and concerns and addressed everything with the highest level of detail. Our only word was WOW when everything was done. We cannot say enough and it is hard to find individuals who work as hard. We also liked the updated videos throughout our work day. We were excited each night after work to see the progress. They did a first class painting job. However, there was a problem with the color match for the fascia. Unknown to them, the paint company had changed the formula. They quickly repainted the fascia with the proper color at no additional cost to us.

Zak was extremely organized very professional and kept me informed during every step of the work. We had popcorn ceilings removed new lights installed and painting to ceiling and walls. At all times dust was kept to a minimum and our home was always left clean. I highly recommend picture perfect painters.

Picture Perfect Painters has just completed painting our two-storey home - about 80 % of it - in Richmond Hill. The entire upstairs - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, closets; the main floor hallway/foyer that is open concept to the second floor. As well, a basement office area and bathroom, which had wallpaper from the days when serious glue was used to put it up - so terrible task getting that wallpaper off! The team also took down wallpaper from the main floor powder room and the laundry room. Getting powder room bathroom wallpaper off was tough task too - since it too was solidly in place. Jordan led the team of 3 other painters. (Jordan’s partner, Zak, joined the team at the end of the 9 day job, once his other responsibilities were done). Zak had drawn up the original estimate for us a couple of months earlier while we were still in the stage of comparing bids. We were drawn to Zak and Jordan because of strong word of mouth, and our own previous experience. As well, Zak had previously painted our family room several months earlier and we liked the quality of the work and the way he conducted himself. And so, while we also had looked a different painting company that had been referred by my sisters - a company that was larger, more years of experience and much higher cost - we decided to go with Picture Perfect - a younger company on the rise, and one that we were very confident would work very hard for us. We are extremely happy with the quality, the professionalism and the job done! Jordan was always happy to explain upcoming steps and rooms to be painted the next day, at the end of each day. In this way, we knew which room to empty of things like clothes from closets or items own dressers, etc. and when so that the painters could get in. The painting team looked after moving all furniture from walls and into centre of each room - so that made it easier for us. They also returned all furniture to rightful spots as room were completed. For my wife and I - they had painted our bedroom in a day so that we could sleep in our own bed that same night. My wife, our son, and I were living here during the painting job - but the painting team made it easy for us to go on living around them while they did prep and painting. Young men, all in their 20s, they are committed to working hard and providing great service/product. They helped us in picking excellent neutral colours which will help us sell our home in spring 2020. This was an example of a seamless renovation. They said what they would deliver, how long it would take, what it would cost - and they lived up to their word. Our home is about 40 years old and they ran into a lot more prep than expected - nails popping ad holes in the dry wall needing patching. You hear so many horror stories from people hiring contractors - but not for us, not with Jordan, Zak and team. In the end, the high quality work delivered leaves us feeling like we’re living in a new home. They were friendly and committed to please. We paid a few more dollars - but very fair - for much greater amount of prep and sanding work than we all expected, We would highly recommend them!

Zak, Jordan and their team are true professionals. From beginning to end their work was superb, meticulous and detailed. They completed a huge job in my house yesterday and I'm still wandering from room to room taking it all in. It's a total transformation! Zak and Jordan have excellent communication skills and their team was always courteous and trustworthy. I can't say enough about this company. Truly remarkable craftsman!

Zak answered our inquiry right away. their company's services included wall prep, light wall repair, paint supply and painting. We weren't able to access the house fully until a week before the job date (before a long weekend!) and Zak was still able to accommodate last minute changes we made to the original quote. Zak and Ramon did a beautiful, professional job in every room, especially the tight bathroom. They also cleaned up very well. We would happily hire them again and recommend them to others.

I was extremely impressed on how professional and courteous the two painters presented themselves. They arrived on time which is impressive by itself. The shoes came off at the front door and the drop cloths were over my furniture at the beginning: right after they moved the extremely heavy furniture in my master bedroom. The work itself was excellent and completed on time. I was thrilled by my new master bedroom. I would highly recommend the Picture Perfect Painters to everyone. I am planning on having them back!
