Finally, a company that knows how to provide top-notch customer service! This summer, I contacted Steve Kostro to help with what I considered to be a nearly impossible situation. We were counting down the days to the close for our home -- while still needing installation of a radon mitigation system. I felt like I had spoken to everyone in radon mitigation. One company declined saying the repair was too challenging. Three others had placed bids. The company we initially selected had failed to meet the HOA’s approval, and the company that was finally approved by the HOA couldn’t install the system in time for our closing date. The situation left me frustrated and stuck between my HOA and buyer. I had all but given up hope as I scoured the internet in search of a mitigation company that might be able to perform the task without charging an arm and a leg. The radon system blended nicely with the exterior of the home, and the timing of the installation allowed us to pass the radon retest with time to spare before closing. I don’t usually bother to write reviews because I’m not that easily impressed, but in my book, Steve Kostro of IIC is a radon mitigation super hero. The fact that I’m typing this from the comfort of my new home proves it.

Amazing Job! We had Steve install a radon system during our home sale. He was prompt with the estimate and was able to complete the job the within the next couple days. They arrived on time and protected the flooring and entrances while they installed the system. I was amazed at how thought out Steve was with where to install the system and how to make it the least intrusive in our finished basement. Five stars for Inspect It Chicago. I will be recommending them for installing and testing.
