After obtaining competing bids from several companies in our community, we hired Impriano Roofing & Siding for a complete roof and siding replacement on our home. Impriano is a family owned business that has been operating in our community for several decades and Jack, one of four sons working for the company, was the salesmen who helped us with our project. He was very efficient throughout the entire process, and was more than happy to answer every question we had. Additionally, he was able to provide and review a detailed estimate on site, which was extremely helpful! The great service carried over to the women in the office who assisted with scheduling the work, and all of the installers who were on site to complete the job. You can definitely tell this is a family owned business that legitimately cares about serving their customers and community! Once scheduled, the removal of the old roof and siding began on the agreed date as expected. The crew of installers were extremely efficient, and worked hard to complete the job in a timely manner. Only one day for the roof replacement, and two days for the siding, gutters & downspouts, capping, and shutters! Minimal inconvenience! They showed up on time each morning, and wrapped up at a reasonable time in the evening. They also were sure to keep our property as clean and debris free as possible throughout the project. After completion of the work, Jack even followed up with us to make sure we were 100% satisfied! Upon completion, our house looked fantastic! The quality of the materials used, and details in the workmanship really show! As you can probably tell we were thrilled with the experience we had from beginning to end, and would highly recommend Impriano Roofing and Siding for any work you are considering having done to your home.

Jack came out and gave 2 options on how to repair an issue with our roof. He was in communication throughout the process including answering additional questions we had after the initial quote. The office kept us updated on the scheduling of the project. The crew was professional and did a great job. All the work we had done on the roof looks great and resolved our issues.

Impriano Roofing was very professional and easy to work with. I had difficulty making roofing color choice and they provided lists of address from past customers so we could see the actual colors on a home. An outdoor wall light was accidentally broken during the roofing replacement and they reimbursed us the cost of two new fixtures (the broken one and it's match on the other side of the garage door), no questions asked. However in hindsight, I wish they had suggested we remove the lights prior to the start of the job, The original fixture had been discontinued, so I had to pick out a different one, and I really liked the original. Otherwise they did a great job on the roof replacement, and replacing 5 skylight windows, and the price was reasonable.

Hired this company to install a new roof on part of my home. The work was done for the estimated price, completed within the specified time, and was satisfactory. The company representatives were polite and informative. The crew performed the work and cleanup in a professional manner. I would recommend this company and employ its services again.
