The roof installation was performed by third party, no name was given as to whom or where they are located? The Contractor failed to provide coverage for the third party sub standard work. Water damage within the first week and total denial of any wrongdoing. The Website says Roofing Company, but in the end the business card says Independent Contractor.

Profamily is a great company. I met the owner Victor and he's very professional and has excellent customer service. They use high quality materials and don't cut corners so it's more of a premium quality product and service. Anyways the overall experience was good and the price was fair. Like the slogan says your family deserves the best so I think it's worth it to call these guys.
