We had Continental Siding replace our windows, siding and gutters. Everyone I have dealt with in this company has been great from our salesman Chad, project manager Sergio, the installers Olivario, Willie and Chuey and all of the people who called to update us on the installation schedule. They were always available to help with questions and concerns (even on the weekends and late in the evening) and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end result. From the day we signed our contract to end of install took about 3 months which is right inline with what we were told, and through that time they made sure to call frequently to update us on production and installation scheduling so we never felt forgotten or ignored. And the end result is awesome!

Continental Siding installed seamless siding on the back of my home of which three sides are brick. I've been debating doing this for years and finally decided this was the time. The installers did very nice work and cleaned up well after the job. There were a couple of concerns afterwards that I had which I pointed out to Sergio, the project manager, and those were immediately resolved. Overall, very nice work.

Our house looks BEAUTIFUL and we cannot wait to see the improvements to our heating and cooling bills in the months to come. When my wife and I were discussing the need to have our siding, windows, and gutters replaced, the one company we wanted to use was Continental Siding. The only concern was, do they cover our area! We are a little over an hour south of Independence Missouri. Well, I "called now" as Jerry and Alec state in their commercials and boy are we so happy we did! The experience, from start to finish, has been a great one. Customer service, sales, finance, project management, and actual work done on our home has been exemplary. Jared, in Sales, came to our home and spent a great deal of time with us going over what we wanted and how Continental Siding could make us "Love Our Home" again. He was very personable and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Fred, in Finance, did a wonderful job helping us get the project financed. The Project Management team communicated with me weekly on the progress of the material and time frame in which the actual work would start. Sergio and his crew. WONDERFUL, what else can I say! On the day the work began, he and his crew were onsite early and ready. Sergio went over, with me, what was going to be done, and we both spent time going around the house looking at specifics. He answered all my questions, understood what I expected to be accomplished, and addressed all my concerns. Sergio was our point of contact as it related to his crew and the work they were doing. I had no issues contacting him day or night, by a phone call or text; his communication was clear and timely. He is very well spoken and knowledgeable of the company and it's operations. A wonderful leader! Oliver, Willy, and Chuey, WOW, simply awesome!! Their craftsmanship is top notch. They installed 12 new windows, 1 new door, new siding, new trim, and new fascia on a house built in 1945 and made it look BEAUTIFUL! They worked for 9 days on our house. Most of those days were during a short heat spell we were experiencing. Close to the end of the project, it rained, and they were out there, getting things done. They were so polite to my wife and I. They cleaned up around the house each and every night before they left. They would start early and finish late in the evening. The house shows how much pride they put in their work. They are now apart of our family! ¡Ahora son parte de nuestra familia, nuestros amigos! The sad thing is, now that the project is complete, I will miss seeing them around the house, listening to the music, and hearing them sing. With any large project like this one there will be issues. Any issues we had, they were minimal and addressed. I cannot express enough how pleased my wife and I are of the end results. We, truly, do love our house again and I am so glad I made that call! I went with this company because of it's product and the 50 year warranty. The crew came out and had the job done within 10 days with little to no problems. It looks great and I'm glad I went with this company. Gonzalo and Bryan did a great job with the install/cleanup. Zach and Sergio were always a phone call away if I had any questions/concerns.

The installers did not speak English. I had to communicate with them using a translator. The first part of the job was ok. The last part they started getting sloppy. I didn't know they were sloppy until Eric came and inspected the job himself concerning how to mount the shutters. I should have gotten more bids because I feel that I was way over charged for the material at more than $2,000 a square. Installation was about $15,000 which seems about right for the size of the job. It took 4 trips to get all the sloppy fixed. The redeeming qualities are the inch and half rigid foam insulation under the siding which garnered an energy tax credit for next year and the lifetime transferable warranty.

A fantastic product backed by exceptional customer service does exist! From sales to financing to installation. Each person worked with the other and us. We were treated with respect and kindness. We highly recommend Continental siding. From the moment we contacted the company they were courteous, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the products. I was a bit intimidated about purchasing siding for our residential/commercial building in Plattsburg, MO – it’s more than 100 years old and I knew virtually nothing about siding before my Husband and I started looking to refurbish the building. Our Sales Rep Mike Malone was wonderful, he took his time explained how siding works, the various siding systems and how Continental Siding is superior to other siding systems, but I’ll let them tell you why because I can’t really do it justice. The product quality is outstanding. The pricing is fair and transparent - definitely worth the money. We took advantage of their in-house financing team who also worked diligently to find us the best possible interest rate and payment terms. Their customer service is second to none, once we signed the agreement, we were contacted by our Project Management team and set-up time to walk around the project site and review the preparation and installation plan as well as estimated timeline. Spring weather is always unpredictable in Missouri and this year was no different. We were completely impressed with our Project Manager Sergio Martinez. His professionalism and communications throughout the project were stellar. He was very understanding and honestly concerned with our needs and ensuring our neighbors were not impacted during the installation process. At Continental siding efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of their service. Their installation team was friendly and highly skilled. I received several messages from folks in town about how good of a job they were doing. The team went to incredible lengths installing the roughly 40-foot-long siding in high winds. These gentlemen worked incredibly hard and left everything neat and tidy every day. What a wonderful team of people, we are very happy with our choice to hire Continental Siding. You will be too!!!

My husband and I decided to replace all our windows, 10 total, and get new siding. We have a house built in the 50's, so we needed added insulation too. When the installers arrived, they put up caution tape around the house while taking off the old siding. Which was really nice, since we have dogs. Then when they replaced the windows, they put up plastic sheeting inside so there wasn't much debris inside, less clean up and dust. They cleaned up every evening, so nothing got blown around from the pop-up storms. Extremely happy with the results! Looks like a brand-new house!!

Marcus remained helpful throughout, and the crew, including the guttering team, were professional and friendly. Chris Newman kept in touch daily, making multiple visits to ensure my satisfaction at every stage. After completion, they left everything clean and tidy. The only thing that happened in April was a requested paint that matched our back door that we purchased with our siding. It was not installed correctly and rubbed a n d scratched the paint. A couple of guys came and reinstalled the door, which now fits perfectly. I ordered some touch up paint in March and it came a couple of days ago. It touched up wonderfully.

BUYER BEWARE! My wife and I had our Lakehome resided at the Lake of the Ozarks a couple of years ago. Workmanship was OK. Took FOREVER to get it done and not too good of communication. Overall….it was OK. UP to TODAY. I am remodeling and needed to remove the chimney as I wanted to open up a bedroom to the north. After removing the chimney, and making the opening, my contractor contacted Continental to obtain EIGHT pieces of siding to restore the north side. We were abruptly too our warrantee is now VOID and we should have called them FIRST on this remodel. I could care less about the warrantee. I simply need 8 pieces of siding to finish. They refuse to give my carpenter and have told me that THEIR CREW needs to do this job. REALLY….EIGHT pieces of siding for me to finish this exterior. Should be a big deal…but try are making this very DIFFICULT. I would be VERY CAREFUL on choosing this company to be doing your project. This just isn’t right. CALL the SIDING company before you remodel…..give me a break.

Don't be fooled by other companies saying they can beat the price. But, you get what you pay for!! We received a fantastic product for a fair price. We were sold on the idea that Continental makes their own product, so you don't have to wait 6 months to a year for the Siding to show up. We have recently had continental siding redo our entire house with siding. Love it so much! We could immediately tell a difference in how easy to heat the house compared to before . The insulation is so thick and made to fit the siding exactly, and the looks of it are equally impressive In my opinion. Two guys put it on and we’re so kind and considerate and busy all the time! Couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. Installers were here on time every day and worked till dark. Ryan (foreman) touched base with us almost every day to verify we were happy. Might be a bit more expensive than other products but completely worth it to us.

Contienital siding has been a really good company to work with on our project. We had new windows, a new door, along with siding and gutters and on the first night I could tell a big difference. It dropped into the single digits and my basement felt very comfortable without having to turn up the heat or turn on space heaters. The added insulation from the siding and windows made a terrific improvement to our home. Their crews have been very informative and have stayed in contact with us every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend.
