The only thing that happened in April was a requested paint that matched our back door that we purchased with our siding. It was not installed correctly and rubbed a n d scratched the paint. A couple of guys came and reinstalled the door, which now fits perfectly. I ordered some touch up paint in March and it came a couple of days ago. It touched up wonderfully.

BUYER BEWARE! My wife and I had our Lakehome resided at the Lake of the Ozarks a couple of years ago. Workmanship was OK. Took FOREVER to get it done and not too good of communication. Overall….it was OK. UP to TODAY. I am remodeling and needed to remove the chimney as I wanted to open up a bedroom to the north. After removing the chimney, and making the opening, my contractor contacted Continental to obtain EIGHT pieces of siding to restore the north side. We were abruptly too our warrantee is now VOID and we should have called them FIRST on this remodel. I could care less about the warrantee. I simply need 8 pieces of siding to finish. They refuse to give my carpenter and have told me that THEIR CREW needs to do this job. REALLY….EIGHT pieces of siding for me to finish this exterior. Should be a big deal…but try are making this very DIFFICULT. I would be VERY CAREFUL on choosing this company to be doing your project. This just isn’t right. CALL the SIDING company before you remodel…..give me a break.

I had a few problems with the gutters that were installed by a subcontractor. Continental come back over 2 years later and hopefully fixed the problem. There lead man Will really was concerned about my problem suggested a fix. If that doesn't work said he would return with an alternative solution. I really appreciate there overall general concern. Continental Siding went above and beyond our expectations. They were extremely communicative, and Juan and his team were detail oriented, hardworking, and paid very close attention to doing the job right the first time. One thing I noticed that was not offered by other companies but that Continental does is wrapping the bottom of the house to further insulate and keep things out. They also built out the windows before installing their trim. After every construction day, they cleaned and tidied up. Our home had very poor energy efficiency prior to installing Continental Siding and we could tell a huge difference on day one after installation. I cannot express how grateful we are to have a home that is ready for winter at a price that was affordable.

Our product specialist was very patient and helpful as we were picking out colors for our home. Once we found what we loved, it was easy for us to sign up for one of their many financing options. The crew showed up early and worked so efficiently that they finished up early too! We've received nothing but compliments since they finished the project and we saw such a difference in our energy use already! The siding was all made in the Midwest, and we can definitely feel the local culture throughout the company.

I have never seen a crew work so hard. They were very professional and courteous. Martinez was the crew manager and kept me involved and always asked about things he was unsure of. Communication was above average. Sergio was the project Manager who kept in touch everyday and was very prompt to answer any and all questions we had. Contienital siding has been a really good company to work with on our project. We had new windows, a new door, along with siding and gutters and on the first night I could tell a big difference. It dropped into the single digits and my basement felt very comfortable without having to turn up the heat or turn on space heaters. The added insulation from the siding and windows made a terrific improvement to our home. Their crews have been very informative and have stayed in contact with us every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend.

We had Continental Siding come out and let us know how much it would cost to come out and re-side our home in October of 2020. After finally setting a time, the installation began in May 2021. Unfortunately the crew that installed our siding did not do a very good job. In addition we had 3 shades of gray on our home. Jeremy, our contractor, got his boss, Eric to come down and look at our home. He advised to change the type of siding and got me a different crew. We ended up with Dutchlap and they advised us on a different type of shutter. They also said they were putting their best crew on the job. The crew that we got was lead by Delfino. Compared to the first crew, we were really really impressed with Delfino and his crew. Each evening, they cleaned up and we had absolutely no trash in the yard. They also stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. My husband and I would both recommend Continental Siding, but would strongly advise to have and ask for a very good crew. We were told the original crew is no longer with the company. The company, and the project manager have all apologized for what we have gone through. Delfino himself also told us he was sorry for what we went through.

They replaced the gutters on my house and installed fascia, soffit and gutters on my 50ft barn. The scheduler called, then I got a call they would be coming within 2 weeks, then a call from the installers when they were coming. It is SO refreshing to deal with a company that does what they say they will. The installers showed up on time, worked late and got it done when they said they would. Which I did not think was possible.

I contacted continental siding after another company never called me back. They immediately scheduled a time to have someone come to my home and go over all the options. We saw a Continental Siding Supply tv advertisement and decided to do a little more research about them. We were very impressed with the quality of their polymer siding and the ingenuity of the Perma-Strate Wall System. it takes a true craftsman to be able to completely customize our project, from the form fitting insulations, to the perfect boarder around the windows. they even creating a perfect cut out for the outlet boxes, watering spicate, and exhaust vents.

We have noticed a great difference in the temperature of our daughters room upstairs. It use to be cold all the time and now it’s fair temperature. We also notices a huge difference in the amount of noise we hear inside our home since replacing our siding. Tristan gave us a lot of information and with the samples he brought. He was very knowledgeable and personal which was part of the reason we chose to go with the company. He had many options to show us and he showed us how everything worked during the installation. The warranty was also a huge selling part for us because of the no maintenance and transferable warranty. Delfino was also very great. He communicated very well and made sure our concerns were addressed. I was very surprised by the attention to details around the outlets, water spicket and the utility boxes. They were very tedious. We’ve had neighbors pulling in asking us who was doing our work, even the mailman! It looks like a totally different house. The price was a little high, but the insulation, initial estimate appointment, and all the perks made it very worth it. I would highly recommend continental siding to anyone who needs exterior work done on your home!

Our experience with Continental has been great from the get go. The time had come for us to replace windows in our 60 year old house. When Bernard the Product specialist came to explain their product we thought we were just going to measure windows but we got a whole education on the frames, the glass clear to the temperature that comes from the sun. He told us to expect it to take 8 weeks before a crew would be available and it was that almost to the day. So there was no prolonged wait. Then when Richard came to install, they were very friendly and I was surprised how well they cleaned up from taking out the old windows. I had some questions and they were well informed on their product.

These guys were really great. They installed windows, put up siding, replaced rotten wood, and above all they were very professional.
Terry installed the windows and he had to come inside. He wore his mask at all times which I really appreciated, as well as did an awesome job on the inside trim.
Outside, they kept their area clean and picked up all their equipment and supplies before they left. If anything came up Shannon, the crew leader was always right on top of my questions and always took care of anything immediately.
I would definitely recommend this crew and this product to any one wanting a rejuvenation to their home.

We chose Continental Siding because we did a lot of research... We looked at all of the available products and companies out there, as this was a decision that would impact our home for many years to come.
We looked at the polymer siding versus the wood, vinyl, and aluminum products on the market. We read customer review after customer review to learn about products, installation methods, and overall company perceptions. When we were done, there was really only one choice, and that was Continental Siding.
The polymer siding from Continental is truly a premier product, that is made to stand up to our Midwestern weather. More than anything else though, their installation techniques are what differentiates them from everyone else. From an additional home wrap, to the insulation layer and even the tracks that helps fasten the panels to the home, each step is very well thought out and executed. We were able to watch it happen, and the installation was fantastic!

I'd like to start by saying we were very familiar with Continental Siding before reaching out. We have seen the commercials and heard word of mouth for years. Everyone we spoke with was top notch. Their customer service through the entire process was a breath of fresh air. You don't always get that feeling working with contractors. We've been living with the original wood windows in this house for 23 years. The windows themselves were almost 50 years old and the upgrade was more than necessary. We woke up this morning with the temperature outside in the high teens and its the first time that we REALLY didn't know it. The warm is staying inside and the cold out like its supposed to be. The functionality is wonderful. The workers who came out were so friendly and down to earth. We have an extra strip of wood that is under each of our windows. Before Juan started bending the metal he asked if we'd like to cover that too which he didnt have to but im glad he did because they all look incredible. We're so happy we went with Continental, we would recommend this company to anyone looking to get new widows. Next stop - siding!

I'm writing this review today because as of Sept 1, 2019, Continental Siding Supply is in breach of the contract they signed with us on July 20, 2019 in which they agreed to do a repair, remodel, siding project. A year previously, we had Continental Siding side our house and two out buildings, a sizeable project with a cost of $30K. When we needed further work done on our home, we returned to the Independence, MO office and requested they come to our house. They did---three times, twice by the salesperson and once by the construction manager who was to consult the production manager so they could give us a solid price on the job. We signed a contract after all this. The work we needed done was not a surprise to them. They knew exactly what it entailed.
After the signing of the original contract, we were informed they weren't satisfied with their own contract and wanted us to sign an addendum. After working with our salesperson to write an addendum that was mutually beneficial, we signed the addendum. We thought everything was good but then a couple weeks later, Continental Siding, namely Alec Cook, wanted us to sign another addendum in which they agreed to do the work if we agreed to "hold harmless" their company from any warranties or guarantees. What general contractor doesn't offer some type of warranty on their work? We refused. That's when Alec Cook decided he wasn't going to honor his own contract, a contract we'd in good faith tried to work with him. He was verbally abusive and told us in no uncertain terms that he wasn't going honor the contract. The wording of his contract states that if we cancel for any reason, we'd owe them 25% of the cost of project. So why does Continental Siding get to walk away without any repercussions???
Jerry O'Neill wasn't originally involved in this project so we made an attempt to contact him. To date, he's not returned a call or email. I guess if you ignore us, we'll go away. Why should we? The previous year we contracted with them and paid them handsomely for their work. Where's the customer loyalty they speak about in their commercials? Why not honor your own contracts?
It's sorely disappointing to think you can depend on a company that gets many good reviews and awards only to find out that things have changed so drastically and they don't turn out to be the company they once were. I'm open to answering any questions and I have documentation to back up what I'm experiencing.

We had windows, siding and guttering installed in two weeks. The 8 windows were installed in one day and was amazingly done with no mess inside. The siding looks like it was meant for the house. It was installed during the hot July days and workers kept going and cleaned up each night. The guttering was installed in one day. Let me start this off by saying I do not review very many companies after they do work for me. That being said, Continental Siding are seriously the masters of their craft. I had to go through 4 different contractors before these guys came to my rescue. They're super knowledgeable and explain every step of the process clearly and concisely. Their team is bar none, seriously these guys WORK. They were able to install new siding in the 3 foot gap between my neighbors place and mine, not only that - they are quick! Seriously, if you want to try and save a couple of bucks somewhere by all means, but these guys are the masters - the best.

Continental Siding Supply has done a LOT of work on my house: Siding, guttering, down spouts, gutter guards, windows and FINALLY (because there isn't anything else to do on the exterior - unless they do driveways) the patio door.
The old one leaked and did not have a screen door so anytime it was nice out, one could not enjoy the weather. Now I can. The new slider has the security locks, key lock, screen door and is so easy to keep clean.
I would HIGHLY recommend Continental Siding to anyone who is contemplating home improvements. They may not be the cheapest, but they are the best.

Overall I would say Continental Siding did a whole new transformation to my home. IAnd we are very much pleased with the results.

We replaced existing vinyl siding due to poor overall installation, as well as wear and tear. The installation of the new siding appears to be of much higher quality. The installers did a very thorough job, taking the time to answer my questions and often going the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. I believe that we will no longer worry about the siding on this house. The project was completed in the middle of winter, and we seemed to have snow every week which prolonged the duration of the project. It was often below freezing, but the installers showed up and worked thru it like true professionals. The only slight complaint that I would be related to clean up after the project, though that would be explained by the snow. They never had a chance to sweep for nails, screws, siding and aluminum shards following installation. I have been assured by the project manager that when it warms up, that someone will come out for that final cleanup..
I did have some initial concerns that maybe the sales person was overselling what they did in comparison to what the competitors offer. Ultimately, the installation did go as he had promised and I do believe that we got everything that we paid for.
The company overall was good to work with. We had some complications unrelated to the siding project, yet Continental was understanding and patient. Again, the answered any and all concerns that we had leading up to the installation.
Now that the new siding is on the house, we are still very satisfied. Overall, I believe that Continental may have even over delivered on our expectations.

Everyone that we dealt with from the office personnel to the installers were cheerful & helpful. They did a lot of extra repairs under the window before proceeding to the install. They were quick to accommodate our requests for extra help such as adding the flashing to allow us to be ready to add a deck on the front and side, as well as designing a box to cover our whole house fan on the outside that would match the siding and look nice. They worked from the time the arrived til the day was done without complaint even though the weather was very unpleasant.
The house looks great and seems warmer & quieter. The weather wasn't very helpful...but the guys just kept on working. Dec & Jan in Mid MO....cold!! After the install was done, there were a couple of little corrections that we wanted done and the guys were easy to contact and quick to come and help fix the fiber box that fell and add a dryer vent we wanted. The product is above average and the way it is installed makes good sense and allows for the siding to be flexible in how it fits and moves in the changes in weather we experience.

We had a great experience from start to finish! We even laughed together that we had seen and heard the Continental Siding advertisement on both TV and radio, with the concluding direction to "... Call NOWWWWWWW!" Well, we made that call, Kerie answered, and from that moment on, every experience we had with Continental has been even better than advertised! Bill Farmer arrived within a couple of days, and the sales meeting was comfortable, thorough and inspired and earned our trust. More importantly, every aspect of the installation that followed exceeded our expectations! Our Lead Installer was Travis, and his work was extraordinary! Whether he was working alone, or with a crew of multiple assistants, the experience for us was defined by polite, respectful, and intent on protecting our privacy and maintaining a sense of normalcy in our life while the work proceeded. Travis is a perfectionist with incredible attention to detail. "Close enough" was never good enough for Travis and the crew! It is important to note that we signed our contract in early December, with the expectation that the actual installation would begin in late February. Instead, they were able to begin on January 2nd. Initially, the weather was great .... but then came the worst four weeks of snow, sleet, ice, wind, warming and melting, and then another round of even colder, and more snow and ice! There were obviously days they couldn't work, and other related delays! But there were also days that it was too cold or too miserable to work, and Travis was right there, committed to getting our project done! And when it was done, it was done perfectly! Amazing! He, too, won our admiration and trust! Throughout the project, Shannon provided a supervisory presence, always checking to see if we had any questions, concerns or worries! We only had to call once, related to interfacing with our internet provider. The challenge was to protect uninterrupted internet service, maintain the integrity of the siding protection, and provide nothing that would corrupt of visual essence of our home! And, this was as the blizzard was beginning to pound our community! Between Shannon and Travis, a brilliant plan was developed and executed, and nobody could ever suspect that there had been a challenge! Upon completion, the Continental family, including Travis, Shannon, Bill and Chris, have checked back to see if we were happy, if there was anything else that they could do, and to be sure to never to hesitate to call, no matter how long in the future it may be! OK - that was about the Continental people and service! The rest of the review is to share that their product is fantastic! Their system provides so much more than just the great siding that you can see! For sure, the actual siding is of top quality! But the rest of the system and design adds so much substance and quality to the finished product! We are pleased to provide this Customer Review, and would encourage anyone even thinking about increasing the quality and protection of your home to make that Call to Continental! We are very happy that we did!

These guys were amazing. They completed my windows in 1/2 a day. All windows look fantastic and my dinning room is already warmer! Price was amazing and sales rep wasn’t trying to over sell us the whole time!

I liked the fact that the guys worked hard. Excellent job and they cleaned up everyday really good.

Continental was not the cheapest company I could have hired to do the work I needed done - but based on my research and other reviews, they are the ones I hired. They did the siding, guttering, downspouts and 4 double-hung windows.
The work crews were on the job, even in some cold weather. The job was done correctly, and done the first time through. Clean-up was done so no extraneous materials were floating around.
Highly recommend Continental Siding - even if they are not the cheapest. The old adage is true - you get what you pay for.

What difference Continental Siding made with our house. The only issue we ran into was a communication issue with the install crew no being able to speak a lot of English. Our last siding job was poor, and amateurish, with seams ALL OVER the back and sides, and it was wavy and crooked all over, indicating that there were issues to be resolved underneath the siding. We shopped two other companies prior to visiting Continental, and, although their prices were lower, Continental had the superior system for attaching the siding to the house, as well as siding produced right here in K.C.
Our salesman, Stan, taught us MUCH about siding, from the history of siding, to the advantages and disadvantages of steel, vinyl, and Continental's Polymer Siding.
Our installers came every day, and worked HARD, despite the incredible heat that was present in the K.C. area during the installation.
The finished product looks FABULOUS! The siding hangs straight, all of the issues underneath the siding were corrected, and we find our home to be quieter, and our air conditioner runs less frequently since the installation, due to Continental's superior insulation. We couldn't be happier!!

Happened to notice west side had a few fades and the project manager Randy suggested that my sprinkler didn't even hit. So the warranty guaranteed no chips, fades, etc. So they're honoring to warranty and replacing my entire west wall. Also 2 year workmanship warranty that they fix for no-charge.

We are so pleased with our new siding !! Like we have a new house !! All installers were so very friendly and knew their jobs !!! From start to finish was about a week, and that was a total plus for us !! Why we waited.....We will never know !!

Sales process quick and easy, full detailed explanations of the materials and the installation process.
Installation crew was excellent. Completed the job in less than a week and very detailed about their installation.
The product is very high quality and I have already noticed a difference in my home. For instance no drafts and less furnace usage.

They brought the materials by one day and started on the project. They completed the project in about a month. It was a house and garage. I chose Continental because of the warranty and the appearance of the siding. I felt that with Continental was a stable company that would be there to standby their warranty. The finished job made the house look very good.

Working with the sales team, Corey and Logan both has been a pleasure. Prompt in their response and always willing to help me when I needed guidance. We were able to choose the exact color and style of siding and the windows we will brag on for years to come. Stan the salesperson was very knowledgeable and we were able to make a very good decision. He demonstrated the product and explained all aspects of the product thoroughly, the warranty and how the company process worked. We felt very comfortable and confident in our decision because Stan took the time to answer all of our questions and he made several recommendations. He explained all our options and allowed us the space and time to make the decision that was best for us and our home. We selected the Polymer siding product based upon the product, the UV demonstration and the warranty. Roger our project coordinator worked with my husband to ensure we understood how the product would be installed. He was very patient and empowered us to speak up if something wasn't quite right. We asked to have one window re-done and there was no push back, no persuasion to not redo the window, it was truly stress free and we were pleased with the positive attitudes of everyone. Jose and Migale were our installers. They worked steady, professionally and they were such personable and happy men. Their work effort and craftsmanship were excellent. We are very appreciative of their commitment and that they were such nice people, they even worked Thanksgiving day. The financing was easy and quick and we received a very competitive rate. Jody kept us informed and kept us up to date on the schedules; she was so kind. Overhaul this company gets it. Everyone is happy, they understand that if the product is superior, the people are personable and responsive, the workmanship is of high quality, and the company continually improves and is dynamic, success is a given. Jim was our initial contact for choosing Continental Siding and was a pleasure to talk to. He had samples of siding and a piece of the rail system how the siding is installed and I was convinced then that this would be a wise purchase, besides the energy credit we'll get at the end of the year and 50 year warranty can't be beat for fade and damage also. We were not pressured to purchase. We also had a very good experience with the crew installing the siding. They picked up any scraps and put their tools out of the way everyday. They didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had and fixed any issues I had right away. The polymer siding looks great and is sturdier than any other siding I've had in the past. Looking forward to winter and how the foam insulation performs. The color combinations are adequate and are easily previewed.

Great service from start to finish. Appraisal was easy and well informed. Answered every question I had. I was told the job would start in about 4-6 weeks. After 2 weeks they called and were ready to start!! The crew showed up Monday ready to work. They removed all of the old siding and window trim and had the house ready for new siding by the end of the first day. I had home improvement projects going on, the crew worked with me very well to accommodate my projects. They were here a total of 4 days. The crew was very friendly and professional. The work is flawless!!! Such an improvement on the old vinyl siding I used to have. I have noticed a difference in temperature control inside as well. Over all I am extremely satisfied.

My home was in desperate need of new siding. After reading reviews from Angie's list, Home Advisor and other reviews I called for an
assessment. The first impression from the salesman was awesome He explained the whole process from start to finish.
Once I decided to go with them we picked color and styles of siding. My roof,which had gone to battle with large trees and window replacement.
After waiting about 3 months for the work to begin this awesome person who did a majority of the work showed up and finished roofing, windows, and siding in a little over 3 weeks. Working tirelessly 10 to 12 hours in the hottest heat without missing a beat.
Thanks Continental my home looks awesome.

All the people associated with this company have been very professional. The work done on the house was completed in a timely manner and looks amazing. The warranty that came with this was a great selling point.
