He gave me a quote back in June when I was out of state and after many inquiries from other businesses, I was blessed to have him complete an extensive siding replacement. Rick came out and gave us an excellent estimate for siding replacement on my home. He was patient with us getting approval from our HOA and receiving other quotes. Ultimately, we chose Ideal Siding because they were professional, accessible for questions, knowledgeable, and insured. We were not mistaken about our choice. Rick told me what day they would be here, and his people did a fantastic job. There was no mess or debris. They made sure my gate was shut and secure. We needed a minor adjustment on one of the downspouts, and Rick sent the crew that day and took care of it. We are pleased with the job they did.

We had Ideal Siding replace very old, deteriorating wood siding with Hardie board on one of our buildings. Communication with project manager Rick was excellent right from the beginning. He was very patient with the many questions and changes we had along the way and quickly responded to texts and emails, even on weekends! The installer was professional, pleasant, and helpful, and even helped with a few heavy lifting things around the place that were not part of his job. I was very impressed with their professionalism. Rick was very good at listening to what we wanted and was very good at providing information/options. We are delighted with the siding job. It looks fantastic! If there is one thing that could improve, it would be the clean-up at the end of the day - I understand it is a construction zone, but a quick sweep would be great. Aside from that, I would highly recommend this company to others - good, honest communication, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Five stars!

Ideal Siding provided the labor, materials, and advice for the new exterior of our existing home. As a retired architect, I knew how I wanted our home to look and provided a design concept to Rick. He reviewed the idea and offered some great advice on achieving the "look" I wanted while saving costs along the way. Once started, his team was outstanding in their workmanship, attitude, and regular cleanup. They did a beautiful job on the installation and answered all my questions during and after the projects.
