At the advice of our trusted realtor, we used Refined Exteriors for a new roof install in early October after purchasing a new home. They were extremely professional, quick (the job was done in just 2 days) and our new roof looks terrific. Highly recommend.

After working initially with a company that I felt was using some less than ethical business practices, I found Refined Exteriors. Jon listened to me. He provided a quote for the services requested, not just how he was going to spend all of the insurance money. He communicated with me through the entire process, was thorough and timely in getting my roof and windows fixed. All of his team was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Refined Exteriors.

Great company to work with! I would highly recommend Refined Exteriors to everybody! They were very fast and easy to deal with through the entire project. I was worried about my child and dogs being outside during the project (nails specifically) but they were very, very clean. Each day my yard was cleaned so I didn't have to worry about that! I will be using them on any future project.

When looking for contractors to do a full gutter replacement, we definitely had alot of troubles and concerns with many other businesses. Refined Exteriors is an amazing company and they do amazing work. Jason Saunders came out often to ensure that the work was being done and that everything was handled accordingly. Jason kept in very close contact during the repair process and always ensured that we were happy with he work. He even fixed small things along the way that he wasn't comfortable leaving. Good communication is key as well as consistency. This company has it 100%, and I definitely recommend their services!

Refined Exteriors did the front side of my home's siding in January, 2015. The staff and crew were great with communication from the beginning of the project, and always were quick to respond to my questions. They found my exact siding (even though it's 16 years old), and the finished product looks amazing. I'll definitely use Refined Exteriors for any siding work I have done in the future!

This is a first-class business. My house was in the process of being sold, and before it closed , there was a hail storm that caused significant damage including the roof, gutters, deck, screens and paint. I had called other companies to request quotes, but some wouldn't even come out unless they were guaranteed to get the job. Jon and Jason from Refined Exteriors came to my house to provide an estimate. In addition to inspecting the house, they provided me with a great powerpoint presentation on the roofing and how it would be done and how the roofing shingles differered from other companies. They even came out to meet wtih the insurance inspector before we even signed the contract. They offered a very fair price and outstanding service. They kept me apprised of each step and even did most of the insurance paperwork. Since the house was under contract, I was under a tight deadline. Refined Exteriors completed the work before the deadline. After all the work was done, the house looked fantastic! I would recommend this company to anyone.
