CM Glass

My decorator had these guys install two glass doors in my home. The installation guys were nice but it took so many tries. Once it was installed, within 3 months the glass doors became uneven. It's fine I understand, but after several attempts at contacting them to fix the issue and them saying they were coming, I gave up. The last 3 emails to see if they planned to fix it were never even returned. After paying and waiting for so long, it's pathetic they never replied. They don't stand behind their work obviously. I called the company I should have used to begin with, they came within a day and fixed the problem for me. I will never ever work with this company again.

I am a commercial director and I have hired CM glass several times over the past 15-20 years to creat glass props for some of my commercialsI. They always did a perfect job. Last week, I hired CM glass to cut a glass table top for me and to etch the glass on the back and then I was going to back paint it myself with a special spray paint that they could not supply. They told me that they could paint it for me with the spray cans I supplied as they had a clean paint room but that they could not guarantee a perfect result as they don’t use spray can paints and asked me if that would be acceptable to me and I said that it would. Fully knowing that it might not be a perfect job because it was not the way they normally painted glass as they don’t use spray can paint. They did the job and I saw the results and approved the job even though it wasn’t perfect. I came to pick up the glass the next day and the back painting was now perfect. I inquired how that happened and they told me that they were not happy with the job so they stripped all the paint off and repainted it and made it perfect. It’s very unusual for a company to have their work approved by a client and still not being satisfied themselves, redo the job on their own. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any work done with Glass. They are knowledgeable, professional and have set a high bar for their work and always deliver more than they promise.

CM glass was awesome, I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and easy they were to work with. I sent the dimensions and had my mirrors delivered in the keys two days later. Very happy with them!

We had decided to install our master bath mirrors with CM Glass, since we had used their services on other small projects and found them to be professional and reasonable. Our beveled edged mirrors with anti fog were perfect. The process and installation was easy and well organized. CM Glass is the right company for all your glass needs.

DON’T DO IT!!!! Irresponsable company, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY in here! If I could put negative stars I would! They Made the measurements of the wall where the backsplash glass would be and it was the wrong measurement, they didn’t want it to change it, even though it was their mistake. They don’t answer to any of our complains and they don’t assume their mistake. Is just not worth it. Search for another company! NO LOS CONTRATES! CM Glass did a great job treating some master bathroom shower glass panels . They removed the panels, back painted them and reinstalled them. They also re-painted one of the panels to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend CM Glass and will use them myself for any future glass-related needs. They were professional, courteous, responsive and reasonably priced.

I'm a returning costumer. My first time doing business with CM Glass was in 1999. This time, I didnt bother looking for another company to get my shower enclosure. I went straight to them, because I knew I was in good hands with them, the quality of their product and craftsmanship. Our shower enclosure is gorgeous, we are very pleased and happy with the results. It's truly a piece of art. CM Glass did a great job 9 years ago on our shower enclosure when we built our master bath addition and I dint think twice this year when they installed the shower enclosure in our daughter' s bathroom remodel. They are professional, affordable and make beautiful enclosures. They also deliver their product when they promise it. I highly recocomend them.

I bought a base for a coffee table and initially was going to set glass on it. When I brought it in to CM Glass, Christine suggested a mirror top ( how did I not think of that ) of course I LOVED,LOVED, LOVED the idea!!! It turned out AMAZING!!!
