Evans Glass Company

These guys are awful! Don't do business with these folks! I am doing a job which required replacing the glass in a big window. I take it out and go there for measurements and ordering the new one. While it's on their table one of there guys cuts the gasket, thinking that it was caulk. Well it's a one piece rubber gasket. When the new comes in I take it back down there so they could install. They were going to send me on with a cut gasket! I asked the shop foreman if he could at least glue that cut peice back in place . HE LOOKS AT ME AND SAYS......(YEAH, AND YOU COULD HAVE TAKEN IT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BE FIXED) !!!!!!!!!!!!REALLY??? IS THIS ANY WAY TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER? DAN SEAGER Was my salesman and when hears what's happened he offered me NO APOLOGIES!!!!! YOU CAN'T DISRESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND EXPECT THEM TO COME BACK!

We had a shower enclosure installed by Evans Glass several years ago. It has been very nice, however, recently the glass door has started rubbing and we were concerned the glass would break. We have made two phone calls to Evans Glass for repair. No one even responds. Their customer service is non-existent!

They never gave me a price! I called them to schedule a big job of 14 large windows that were all at least 6' tall. It took them a week to come out, and when they did, they gave me a pink coffee cup. (?) The rep was there for over an hour getting accurate measurements on each window, and said it would be about a week for the price. So I waited a week..then another week...and nothing. I then called him, spoke with him, and said he'd give me the cost the next day. A week later, I still didn't have the quote. It's now been 4 months and I haven't had any contact from them. This was a big job and I finally went with another company and they came out, measured the windows, and gave me a price within 2 days. What does Evans Glass and a pink coffee cup have in common? I'll never use either one of them.

Evans Glass Company provided assistance with a bathroom remodel project in our home. They provided a very nice heavy glass enclosure along with bathroom mirrors. We were very satisfied with the quality of their products as well as their service.

I picked this company based on their commercials, that is not a good method. They are one of the worst companies I have ever hired. All I wanted them to do was install a bathroom mirror, nothing elaborate just a rectangular unframed mirror. It took them 3 trips to my house and the final product still does not look like a professional job. I had to call them at least 10 times to keep the process moving. They would show up and say they would be back the next day and a week later I called them and they asked me why they had to come back. Apparently the office staff does not talk to the installation team. In the picture I attached you can see the chipped corner. My advice is just don't hire them.

What a great team!!!My experience with this company was exceptional in every department...from sales to installation. I recently remodeled my home.Bill,Chris and all the other guys made my dreams come true. They are creative and up to any challenge you present them with. The showroom is beautiful and shows you how many beautiful things can be done with glass. The only downside is my project is done and I miss working with the exceptional staff at Evans Glass!!! Love you guys!!!
