You couldn't ask to work with a group better than the crew at the Pilot Mountain office. I have purchased several fireplace units from them and also had them install products for me. I have used their service and I'm also a gas and oil customer. Kevin will do whatever it takes to make sure that everyone gets what they need and that they are satisfied. I highly recommend them!

We have regular propane service with G&B, which started only for our gas fireplace. Even though we are a relatively small customer, we still get top-notch customer service and wonderful support. Last fall we added a gas stove (mainly in case we lose power in the winter). G&B did the piping and install work and they did a wonderful job. Definitely recommend them!

We love working with Travis and the employees at the Sparta location. We had gas logs installed last year. The installation was completed quickly, and we have not experienced any problems. Love the logs! We would highly recommend them to others.

I just wanted to thank everyone for providing a truly excellent level of service to your customers! Yesterday our water heater stopped working in the morning.
