Great communications, excellent prices, willingness to make alterations on standard products, fast delivery, excellent packaging, asked for my approval of product drawing before manufacture, and lastly, they make BEAUTIFUL, PRECISE WOOD NEWELS!!!!!! I ordered a large turned newel post and asked them to lengthen it and turn down one feature at the top - Jesse made it happen with zero fuss or inflation of price. Can't recommend enough to use this company for your stair parts. This transaction was a pleasure to be part of!!

I clipped a photo of a staircase I wanted to copy in our new home; I'm not an architect, designer, or contractor, and Jesse worked with me to find the right parts to get the look I was after. Mine was a small order compared to others, but Jesse gave me ample time and care. Everything arrived on schedule, and the quality of the wood and of the craftsmanship were superb. I would recommend Kinzel to anyone looking for top-of-the-line stair parts at reasonable prices.

Here’s why: - Insightful design advice: I sent Mark some inspiration pictures, and he helped us narrow down styles, base type and installation set up. Our architect did not provide interior design services, and Mark and his team were instrumental in helping us achieve the look we wanted. - Quality: the products are of outstanding quality. We get many compliments, and are proud to say that those were made in the US by a small business. - Shipping: even though a couple of parts were not in the “quick ship” list, they were able to turn it around quickly and ship everything very promptly. - Cost: the stair parts look much more expensive than they were.
