Cambridge Pavingstones with ArmorTec

I have a large existing patio that is Ledgestone XL 3 piece. Last summer when we installed our pool we did the Ledgestone 3 piece around the pool. At the one end of the pool and in random spots around the pool the pavers take forever to dry and when they do the look stained and discolored, not anything like the rest of the patio. I have completed a customer concern form on the website twice and heard nothing. I have spoken previously to one of the are reps but now no one is answering me at all after numerous attempts. The job was done in August 2017, we made our first contact in February 2018.

I just had an 1100 square foot paver patio installed along with a sitting wall and fire pit. I insisted on Cambridge even though it cost me an extra $1200 as compared to Nicolock. We used a 3pc XL design and everything came out beautiful. The next day it seemed that alot of the pavers were not drying. It seems there is something inside the paver that was a manufacturer defect and we now have a big new patio that looks as though it is stained everywhere. So far Cambridge is not standing behind their product and I may wind up in the courts to resolve this. I fell for this mans commercial and now I have a very expensive ugly looking patio that according to the commercial will look like this for another 140 years.

August will be 2 years I installed the pavers I spent over 40000 and now they are all discolored. I don't recommend cambridge. I been waiting for a representative for over 2 months now. It's funny how Cambridge is fast at blaming other people but Cambridge recommended my contractor and also I been doing a lot of research and see that I'm not the only person having this problem with Cambridge material. I gave you guys a call and tried to resolve this but no good.

This Summer I had a professional contractor install 10k worth of Cambridge Sherwood Collection smooth pavers all around my house and patio. With the first rain, the pavers developed wet stains that wouldn't go away for many days after. As it got colder, what used to be wet stains developed into white, salt-like patches. I had the territory manager visit and he admitted that he was surprised to see these stains. However, after taking a sample with him, he indicated over email that the company was able to wash off and dry the stains, suggesting that they may be a result of the contractor using improper sand or concrete material. Multiple follow-up emails from me with evidence that contractor used appropriate materials didn't generate a response. My neighbor used the same exact contractor who used the same material but a different batch of Cambridge pavers installed 1 week before us, and her job looks excellent. The only way to explain the stains is that the batch of Pavers we got was defective, but unfortunately the company doesn't want to admit that. I have plenty of pictures and videos showing the defect if only there was someone senior level at Cambridge willing to review them seriously....

I had a patio done that faded and got bleached out looking after one week. Cambridge rep came " washed it" and it got worse. No one is doing anything. Basically told to " live with it". Won't recommend Armortec or Cambridge to anyone.

I purchased 2 skids of Ledgestone Permeable bluestone 3 size pavers. They could not be delivered near the construction area, so we unloaded each skid. The 1st skid had just 1 paver with a chip in it. The 2nd had approx. 30 pavers chipped, but there were over 100 with a white stain on them. The stain cannot be removed with water. Cambridge has agreed to replace the chipped pavers, but not the stained ones. The sales associate states "the white stains are efflorescence and will go away". These are ArmorTek. Has anyone had a problem with 'efflorescence'?

Just purchased a pizza oven from Cambridge. My wife and I could not be happier. The style and design compliment each other and have added value to out home. Friends are impressed with the design and how the fire is not directly next to the food. Some friends are so impressed with the oven they are interested in purchasing a Cambridge pizza oven. Would recommend this product to anyone interested in outdoor cooking and adding value to there residence.

I would not recommend using these paving stones for a driveway. I used the Blue Stone Blend 3xl on my driveway and after the first rain they became very discolored with a rust colored stain. I could not hose off the stains. The cars in my driveway are 2015 and 2016 and I have never had an issue with stains on my driveway until I installed these pavers. So far the representative has been somewhat responsive but I am waiting to see how Cambridge stands by their product.

I had pavers installed for my driveway. The color is montauk blue, a new color offered for 2015. The driveway came out beautifully.
