We hired Mr. Foundation to do waterproofing for us under the front porch of our house in around October, 2013. We kept encountering a damp/musty smell every time we would walk into our home which was very off putting and upsetting. The Mr. Foundation team was extremely professional and efficient. They explained what needed to be done, completed their work quickly and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. Since we have had this work done there are no more smells in our home. We are 100% satisfied with the amazing job they did for us. They were very thorough. We also had some major foundation work done by Mr. Foundation quite a long time ago, around 2003? We owned a 100 year old Victorian home in Center town and there was a crawl space behind the basement which was completely unusable, full of dirt and disgusting. The Mr. Foundation team shored the extension, dug out the area by hand which was an unbelievable amount of work, and poured a new foundation on that section of the house. This work was done extremely well and enabled us to create a beautiful home office. Again we were 100% satisfied with this work. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to anyone in need of their services.

We bought a century home about 10 years ago knowing that there could potentially be issues with the foundation down the line. Suddenly, we saw water seeping into the basement and that's when we called Mr. Foundation. Patrick LeCours came to do the estimate and we were not only thoroughly impressed with how knowledgeable he was but how well he explained the procedure and that he would do the job correctly. If we were to sell our home, we were confident that the foundation would pass inspection, which was extremely important to us. Once hired, Patrick's crew and staff were professional and always kept us abreast of the process and what exactly was needed once the excavation was done.
