Gil is the ultimate professional. From the moment I spoke with him until completion, he was knowledgeable, had a clear understanding of what I wanted and it was evident by the time he completed the work, I had made an excellent choice. Gill's crew from Stein Construction were top notch. From start to finish the Stein team was highly professional and capable. The completed project is both stunning and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The team was punctual and hardworking, staying until sundown each day. The finished patio is soundly constructed and visually enhances our yard to a large degree. Gill was quite negotiable with pricing and clearly beat out other contractors vying for this work. We wholeheartedly recommend Stein to anyone looking to get a similar project completed on their property.

Gil and his team at Stein Construction did an amazing job on our landscaping and patio project last summer! They are unbelievably great at what they do, and just absolutely transformed our outdoor space. While the end result was simply beautiful -- adding so much value and function to our home -- I was struck by how hard they all worked, and how quickly they completed the project! They showed up early, worked incredibly hard all day, and often times left the job site at dusk. It took them just a month to finish everything. Other companies told me it would take 3-4 months! If that weren't enough, Gil is a problem solver and someone who can make suggestions and improvements for things we didn't even think about. For example, he routed downspouts under our patio and away from the house, significantly improving drainage. When we needed to confirm property lines with our neighbor, he was able to get a surveyor to our property that week (!), at a time when other surveyors were booking several months out. His ability to quickly solve difficult issues, and keep everything on track, is one of the qualities that separates Gil from all the other contractors. In short, they are fantastic, and I cannot recommend Stein Construction highly enough. For any of your construction and landscaping needs, I would strongly, strongly recommend that they are your first call!!

I recommend Stein Masonry Construction for anyone looking to enhance their outdoor living area with exceptional stone work and hardscaping. I used their services for backyard patio, fire pit, walkway and front natural retaining wall.

Gil and his crew are top notch. Honest and hard working are key Ingredients. Stein construction has both. We had fieldstone walls constructed, bluestone steps and landing installed. Cleanup and modifications of existing Brickwork which all came out great. We look forward to working again with Gil in the spring! KK
