Lucas Firmin Pools

We would highly recommend Lucas Firmin Pools. From the initial consultation to far after the pool is completed, we have had very positive experiences. They will spend as much time as you need on every detail of the design concept, and/or work with a design you may already have from an architect. During the construction process, we were very satisfied that Lucas was present on the job site for all of the key phases. We were always pleased with his responsiveness for any questions via text, call or email. Lucas made very sure we were completely satisfied and everything was finished and working properly. The finished product was beautiful. Our pool was finished about 2 years ago, and Lucas has continued to make himself available if we needed help or for any questions. We have also used their monthly maintenance program which we have been very pleased. This part of the business is run by Lucas' wife, Jenny. Like, Lucas she is always responsive for any issues and questions. They have done a great job keeping the pool clean and running properly.

Lucas Firmin Pools renovated our circa 1960s gunnite pool in 2016. It was difficult to even find a contractor willing to take on a renovation. Lucas and his dad, Randy, were wonderful and took great pride in their work. Lucas was very responsive to calls and visited the job site at least once or twice a day. He is committed to customer satisfaction and quality work. We are pleased with the result and use the company for weekly maintenance.
