What sets this company apart from all the rest is the people and it starts at the top with their owner Tony! He was patient and listened carefully to what I wanted, a few days later he sends me a 3D video rendering of what he thinks I wanted and he just hits the nail on the head perfectly. His crews executed his plan to perfection. Tony told me exactly what they were going to do, and his team went out and did it! The crews are professional and respectful of your home and the customer service has been amazing. If I could give them 100 stars, I would.

We had them switch our pool over to a salt water system and could not need any more pleased. They also replaced our pump, pool filter and switched lights over to color changing LED's - we are always getting compliments on them...

Monogram Custom Pools did an excellent job on our pool and cabana, and the coordination of all hardscape/landscape. The entire crew was very respectful, always willing to stop and explain something they were working on. The automation of the system is a timesaver, and we love the ipad/iphone controls. We about to open the pool for the 2nd time, and the follow-up after 2 years continues to be great. I would highly recommend Monogram.

Monogram constructed a 25'x65' free form archtiectural pool with hot tub/water feature at my residence. They did a great job designing what we wanted into a well thought out and functional system. The products and equipment they use seem to be a higher quality and efficiency than the norm. Having build a number of pools, the service and communication from Monogram is far above the average.
Monogram builds a great quality pool at a fair price. Don't be fooled by prices that seem too cheap. You can't build a pool correctly for what some people tell you it costs.

Monogram Pools designed and built an incredible pool for my family. What I appreciate the most is not just the quality of work, but the fact that Tony completed the entire aspect of the pool including all the appropriate electric and gas lines, but also the completed landscape and fence. There was absolutely no stress in the entire process because of their desire to complete every detail associated with a safe in ground pool. Every person who was sent to my home to work on this project was respectful in every regard and did a wonderful job keeping the work site safe and clean. Thanks Tony and Robi!

We had a pool designed and built by Monogram Custom pools. Our experience was superb. We had many estimates and designs from other companies. By far, Tony, Robi, the girls in the office via email correspondence and his crew were the best choice for us. Tony asked us the appropriate questions during the design phase and designed a pool that was amazing for our family. I would reccommend them in a heartbeat! We asked around to friends/family who had an inground pool designed and installed as we were looking for pool builders, and none of them would reccommend their pool builders for one reason or another. I had a pool built by Monogram. I was nervous about having a pool done as relatives had relayed nightmare stories about having a pool built. Let me tell you the process went extremely smooth and we were very happy with the process. The owner was readily available to answer any questions and was quick to respond. Even a year after the pool was built he was happy to help me with any problems and answer any questions.
If you are going to be building a pool I would not even think twice about using another builder. As a bonus his prices are in line with other builders.
