Pool Doctors

I am not sure what happened to this company. We initially hired them 3 years ago to install our pool in Etobicoke. It was a great experience with the original crew we worked with. Terrance, Bryan, John and Tony. There were never any issues with communication or trying to get ahold of any of these guys. None of these guys are there any longer. Our sheers on our waterfall feature, cracked yearly, and we had to replace them every SINGLE year. This was like pulling teeth. They were always fixed at the end of the season. This year, it took months to rectify this. Clearly, warranties are not a priority for them. This year has been particularly frustrating and worrisome as it is next to impossible to get somebody live, and nobody answers the phone; if you're lucky, you may get an email back after sending 5 or 6. Our closing was scheduled a week ago, but they never showed up; they never called me back when I called to find out what the heck happened or responded to my emails about what happened. We had to hire another pool company to close. Perhaps they need to work on their customer service, as it genuinely feels like you are dealing with ghosts. Initially, I was dealing with Vi (after endless phone calls and emails), then Alison, and I am not sure if they even work there anymore. They literally ghosted us! Even at times, I have called, and their number is out of service, and then it's not; however, it always goes straight to voicemail. I cannot wrap my head around what has happened here; however, we have moved on and will never recommend this company to anyone!

Unfortunately decided to go with this company for the installation of our backyard pool. The liner for this pool lasted ONE YEAR and we have been trying to get them to come and replace it under warranty. The admin, Vi, will promise someone will be coming (and by someone, I mean Brandon, the “owner”) but then communication just stops. Nobody answers the phone or answers emails. Terrible experience overall and would not recommend this company to anyone looking for good quality service.

Pool Doctors is superior! Their customer service, down to earth demeanor and amazingly skilled team took our drab backyard and turned it truly into an oasis. THANK YOU! Brandon and Terry from day one were great to deal with, they were with us every step of the way and have been amazing on answering any questions or concerns even after the job was completed. I would 100% recommend them. Thank you Pool Doctors and all your employees, keep up the great work!

Very deceitful folks. They are good with words, but rarely stick to their promise on timelines and/or quality of work. On google reviews, they delete the bad reviews, and then keep the good ones, which are from their buddies or themselves (trolling accounts) - who coincidentally have all only done 1 review ever! Stay away.

Great guys I had a leak in one of lines they came out dug up the cement and repaired the line. It's been more than 3 years with no issues. Would use them again in future for my back yard renovation.

Hired for a new pool and all they were allowed to do was a Hoarding fence. My experience has been filled with disingenuous actions, and deceptive tactics. These people still have no contract with me and all I get are games. I have never been in receipt of any drawing other then the one we are still waiting on a quote for, and these people of questionable integrity have sent me an invoice that exceeds my deposit. Yes that is the fully refundable one mentioned earlier, but the disingenuous GM said he and the owner agreed to forgive the delta. This just does not sit well with me.

Pool Doctors is the best! We live in a neighbourhood with small backyards, Pool Doctors nailed the layout and maximized the space perfectly. Great service and product selection. Their product knowledge was the deciding factor for me. Couldn't be happier with my back yard. Who says you can't have a backyard Oasis in small spaces.

Back in the spring of 2015, we solicited 3 quotes for our custom designed pool and landscaping. Brandon was the ONLY one to fully understand our wants, translate those into a plan and execute flawlessly. He listened to us, understood our vision and provided ideas along the way. What we ended up with is a Pool, Waterfall and Slide of our dreams. All of this at a very, very competitive price. As others have mentioned, Pool Doctor's attention to detail was second to none. Their continued service (opening and closing) is done very well and all employees of Pool Doctor's are friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them

From start to finish Brandon was there and made sure it was going as planned and discussed. we reviewed changes to make the landscaping better and was never out of the loop. the install crew was always friendly and on time and the finished product was excellent. From excavation to landscaping, Mike, Jon, Neill and their respective crews were always on site and informed us at every step of the process. They treated our property with the utmost respect and kept the surrounding area clean and neat. Once installation was completed, the handover was thorough with a detailed explanation of the maintenance and operation of the pool equipment. Jon and Tony helped with any questions we had regarding the operation and maintenance of our pool, and they were always a phone call away. After meeting with half a dozen pool companies, Pool Doctors’ no sales pitch, and no up selling approach was the honest relationship we were looking for. Brandon, Terry and their teams’ ability to communicate effectively was unparalleled and they demonstrated exemplary services in all levels during the construction of our pool.
