Professional Pool Service

We were very happy with Professional Pool Service, Vacaville, CA. We bought our home with a pool that was falling apart and leaking. We decided to redo it. We met Bret and he referred us to his brother Justin. Justin is such a great guy. He went beyond his job to help us understand everything and we decided to go with this company. We are so happy with the way the pool turned out. The tile color and pool color turned out beautiful and Justin was there for us with any questions along the way. Korie in the office is wonderful as well. We definitely would recommend them. They are family to us now! Thank you Justin and all the staff involved! I am disabled and swim every day and this is my dream pool thanks to Justin! We were happy to support a family business as well! Best, Marie and John

The office staff and Technicians are always so nice and helpful! Our pool has never been anything but clear and beautiful! Technicians are respectful when accessing our pool and being on our property. Highly recommended!!!

A couple of years ago, I hired Professional Pools to maintain the pool at our summer house. Each summer there is at least one week where their technician does not show up, or, if he does, does not vacuum and scrub the pool (which we pay extra for). When I call to report that the pool wasn't cleaned, they say the technician will be there within an hour. Then, by day's end, they still haven't shown up. This time, the owner didn't even return our calls or offer to rectify the situation. We pay $140 a month! I guess I've been too trusting; if they don't show up while we are here during the summer, I have to assume they don't always show up during the other months of the year. The last thing a customer wants to feel is taken advantage of and disrespected. No longer though. We finally learned our lesson and hope to find an honest and reputable pool company to work with moving forward.

Justin is the best as far as business owners go. His entire crew is personable, professional and reliable. My pool stays clean and in good repair.
