Tribal Waters Custom Pools

Yolanda, our Coordinator, was absolutely amazing. She kept us updated every single week without fail and was always so prompt in getting back to us whenever we had a question. Her communication was top-notch, and it really made a huge difference in keeping everything on track. Jeff, our Superintendent, was just as fantastic. He made sure every aspect of the build was done with quality in mind and always made time to address any of our needs or concerns. His attention to detail and commitment to doing things right gave us so much peace of mind. And we can’t forget Chris from Design and Sales—he was our very first contact and helped bring our vision to life from the very beginning. His attitude was always positive, he answered every question we had with patience, and he was flexible and helpful whenever we wanted to make a change. Tribal Waters has an amazing team. Tribal Waters had done an amazing job building our pool, outdoor BBQ-Kitchen, Firepit, putting green and landscaping. We live in Seattle and having someone you can trust while our new home in Surprise, AZ was being built is a load off my mind. Overall Review: We recently had an inground pool installed by Tribal Waters, and I’m happy with the final result. The pool looks great, and our backyard is truly transformed. The company partnered with Keystone Landscaping to complete the overall design and installation, and I’m very pleased with the outcome. That being said, there were a few challenges throughout the process that I feel are worth mentioning. Sales Process: The sales process was a bit of a struggle for us. It’s important to note that once you sign the contract, making changes becomes incredibly difficult. I would highly recommend being extremely thorough in the planning stage, as Tribal Waters tends to be very rigid about changes post-signing. I genuinely feel bad for our sales representative, Chris, because it’s clear that upper management doesn’t provide the support he needs, which put him in a tough position when we needed to make adjustments. The manager I dealt with was downright rude, which only added to the frustration. Project Management and Coordination: Despite the challenges with sales, the rest of the team was fantastic to work with. Our superintendent, Jeff, was absolutely amazing. He was always professional, approachable, and committed to finding solutions when issues arose. His dedication and problem-solving skills made a huge difference in the overall experience. Additionally, Yolanda, our project coordinator, was exceptional. She kept us updated throughout the entire process, ensuring we knew what to expect every step of the way. Final Thoughts: While the sales and management sides of things left a lot to be desired, the final result speaks for itself. Our backyard looks incredible, and I’m grateful for the hard work Jeff and Yolanda put in to make it happen. If you’re considering Tribal Waters for a pool installation, I would advise being meticulous during the sales process and making sure all your expectations are clear upfront. Once you get past the challenges in that phase, the actual installation and coordination were smooth and professional.

I had an awesome experience with Tribal Waters! We built a new Toll Brothers home in North Scottsdale in 2024 and hired Tribal Waters to build our pool and spa. From start to finish they were professional, organized and easy to work with. It started with John, my salesman. John made the purchase and design process easy. John really knows his product very well and demystified pool buying decisions for me. He also followed up throughout the entire process. Dion was my superintendent. Dion is a total professional. He explained everything about the build process and always replied quickly to any questions that I had along the way. He truly cared about us and wanted to make sure everything was happening the way we wanted it. Our coordinator was Yolanda. Yolanda is super organized and so easy to work with. She always replied quickly with any of my questions and made sure we were getting what we need when we need it. James has done the post-construction start up and orientation with me. It was super helpful and informative. It is clear to me that he wants me to have the best experience possible with our new product from Tribal Waters.

Our pool installation from beginning to end was excellent. Our salesman was Chris. We knew exactly what type of pool we wanted from the start. He respected our decision and did not pressure us to purchase or upsell us on things we didn't want. He did offer us some possible alternatives to our design which was wonderful. Our pool superintendent was Jeff. He did a great job following through from the start to the end. He explained the building process thoroughly. This is our second pool build, and if you think that things are going to go perfect from beginning to end, you would be very lucky. Any issues that we had, Jeff took care of immediately.. Normally, when people get upset, it is from a lack of communication. We never had that problem with tribal pools at all. Lastly, Yolanda was a superstar communicating each day what was going to happen with our pool build. I received emails from her as early as four in the morning, to let me know whom would be working on my pool that day. That is great customer service. My first pool build, was by one of the big Phoenix pool companies, and the communication was horrible. I definitely would recommend tribal pools. I also know that they will be there if I need anything in the future. Great job!

When we were having our house built, Tribal Waters was the pool builder. We worked with the salesman, Chris, who put our wants and needs into a great design. Their superintendent, Dion, gave us updates along the way and their coordinator, Yolanda, kept us up to date when people were going to be there. The pool is completed and came out better than we expected! Highly recommend Tribal Waters!

Tribal Waters does a great job. Katrina is exceptional. I highly recommend them. They were timely and fairly priced.

We had such a great experience with Tribal and have a beautiful pool to show for it! From the start Chris, our salesman, was so friendly and accommodating. He really helped to show us the pool we wanted and made it a reality. Jeff, our superintendent, was always each to reach and came to the house frequently to check on things. My hubby is a very picky guy and Jeff was fantastic at always answering his questions or hearing his frustrations and was very reassuring. Yolanda was communicative and friendly and kept us informed and excited along the way! Our pool was completed faster than the build time we were given and we even got to swim a couple times before it got too cold! We are so so so happy with our pool and all the care we got from Tribal! 10/10 recommend!

I can't say enough about Tribal Waters. Their professionalism, their promptness, their willingness to work with you in a timely matter. Chris was our sales representative, Dion was our project manager and Yolanda, our coordinator. All top notch. All work together effortlessly. When changes would need to happen midway through the project, they were made. Communication was outstanding. I am very happy with my pool and landscape project. It's exactly how I envisioned it!!

This was an amazing experience! First time ever getting a pool built and would suggest Tribal Waters to everyone! The team was great! AJ was amazing with the design and responsive to all and any questions anytime of the day or night. Yolanda kept me informed at all times which was great. Jarrod kept the build going with no issues. Tribal Waters is an AWESOME pool company. We are so happy with our new pool/backyard and very impressed with how smoothly everything turned out, from the design to the completion in what we thought was record time. Clint our design guy came out to our place and was very nice to work with on our design. Within a few days he came up with a design that fit perfectly in our backyard. Yolanda was very nice to work with too, she provided us with a timeline, and she called and emailed us on the progress knowing that we were out of town most of the time. She was definitely on top of things. We really appreciate it. Jeff the supervisor was great to work with and stopped by often to check on the progress. We were able to meet with him at the house a few times and he was there to answer our questions. Also James gave a wonderful orientation on the pool, he explained a lot of things that made it easy for us novice pool clients to understand. We are definitely planning to hire James’ team to monitor and maintain our pool. The whole team at Tribal Waters is wonderful! A big Thank You to the team! They made this project with very little stress on us as we were out of state for most of time the work was being done. We highly recommend Tribal Waters!
